An Even Druid deck that plays out similarly to a typical Token Deck.
- As there is limited draw in the deck you want to manage your resources carefully, and timing your Soul of the Forest is can help to secure the win (which is why I believe one copy is enough).
- One Branching Paths can be used as draw when your hand is dead, but the second copy is typically used as a finisher. There are a few beasts to draw with Mark of Y'Shaarj.
- Power of the Wild is better suited as a board wide buff but in rare cases you can use it to develop.
- An unchecked Darnassus Aspirant is the best 2-drop you can hope for, allowing a 4-drop follow-up.
- Flobbidinous Floop is very flexible and powerful card to get another Cairne Bloodhoof or Tending Tauren for example.
- Kodorider, Savage Combatant and Sharkfin Fan make use of our cheap hero power.
Apart from Priest's Psychic Scream and heavy Taunt decks (or like a Voidlord), you have a chance against heavy Control in the late game with The Forest's Aid to keep flooding the board, so don't give up early.
10 matches Win-Rate (50%):
- W: Murloc Paladin / Resurrect Wall Priest / Battlecry Quest Shaman / Even Shaman / RenoLock
- L: Reno Mage / Big Priest / Murloc Shaman / Shudderwock Shaman / Mech Warlock
If you have any questions, feedback or suggestion leave me a comment, thanks!
Tested out the deck again for tuning & uploaded a sample video. I ended up removing x1 Soul of the Forest & x1 Power of the Wild > x1 Crystal Merchant & x1 Savage Striker.
