Detailed explanation and gameplay in the video, hope you find it fun and informative!
Hello everyone, today i want to share with you Wild Secret Odd Paladin Deck.
We have Secretkepeers, Commander Rhyssa and a few secrets to improve our early game. This is a much faster odd paladin variation than i usually play, lots of 1 mana cards here and even Leeroy is included, so we are going for fast wins.
Secrets will protect our small minions until mid-game where we can buff them with Fungalmancer and of course Quartermaster.
Loatheb is an important card here. Dropping him on already developed board usually means you can win next turn.
And with all of that said, LETS PLAY THE GAAAMEEE!!!!!!!!!!
For tons of other decks ranging from Tryhard to Fun ones check www.youtube.com/c/zelking
Since I droppped Commander Rhyssa with packs, I also tried to build something similar.
I didn't playtest extensively, but so far, and your own videos prove it, Secrets may be an interesting inclusion for Odd Paladin, but Commander Rhyssa herself is useless more often than not.
I think a Seal of Champions is generally much more impactful than Rhyssa.
Rhyssa assessment is fair i have to say. Some games are going to be won because of her but it is kinda inconsistent in a way.
Man, I'm loving this deck! Ok, it's true that I've been only practicing with it on casual, so far, but... 14 games... 13 wins... Lost only to another odd paladin (and I had a quite bad draw and he had a very good one). Oh, and I don't have Rhyssa and miss one Avenge. Added a Stonehill defender and the twinspell (although it doesn't synergise with Secret Keeper, I found out later :P ).
Great to hear its working out well, instead of twinspell i would add another competitive spirit most likely. Stonehills are awesome, can find Tarim or Tirion and I use 2x in non-secret variations.
