- Trade for board control early levels
- During the game, make a decision to go face, after this point, there is no going back. The hard part is realising when it is time to go face and when to fight for board control.
- If you have don't have another play, Spellbook Binder should be played even without spell damage.

Works great becuase hardly no one run healing
1:12, thats super deck
I made an account just so I could say this deck is trash.. feel free to try.. but def dont go out of your way to craft anything for it
I ran into someone playing this deck with Mana Reservoir and Spell Shifter added for even more spell damage. No Pyromaniacs. I got wrecked.
This deck performs incredibly well at the moment and I absolutely love the fact that it runs the arcane watchers unironically I personally believe that this type of deck will dominate in the early days, I'm hyped!
I had so much fun that I made a video showcasing the deck in all it's glory, I hope you all enjoy.
Get lost showcasing other people's deck. You can't even hit legend.
He has hit legend before, also not sure what that has to do with anything
Sure he makes misplays, but the main purpose of the video is to show how the deck could play out, mostly for the purpose showing if they are interested in it.
Savage
I've hit legend 7 times. tho since they don't give rewards for it it is literally a waste of time at this point ...
No need for excuses friend.u re really helping all the community with all these showcases.thnx.keep on.
Get lost flaming hating in the web. You can't even find PH website to chill.
My suggestions:
-2 Spellbook Binder
-1 Pyromaniac
+1 Elemental Evocation
+2 Mana Cyclone
Sample gameplay: https://hsreplay.net/replay/rd8piqA9xaJtWBxStx5RD6
Further modifications:
-2 Sorcerer's Apprentice
-1 Spellzerker
+1 Mana Reservoir
+2 Spellshifter
Spell cost is a negligible factor to play around. Sorcerers apprentice can let you set up some crazy value plays, but overall seems too inconsistent with the goals of the deck: Make your spells hit like a truck. Apprentice is a high value target, and will often be wasted unless comboed from hand. In the same vein, Spellzerker is an amazing cards once activated, but can be too slow at a 4 mana investment for a 2/2. One was removed for the slightly more resilient mana reservoir. That 1 spell damage constant will provide you a subtle buff that allows you to make even stronger tempo and combo plays, and serves as a more persistent activation for Arcane Watcher. Similarly, Spellshifter has been added to again ensure we have sufficient access to spell damage. The stat swap will allow you to use Spellshifter hyper aggressively in stall matchups as well.

I will try this dude, thanks you!
It works very well (few games at the moment: 75% wr) and also I added another change to ensure a little more the combo with Mana Cyclone: +1 Elemental Evocation, -1 Ray of Frost
garbage
why doesn't vargoth work with arcane intellect
nevermind i realized it only cast one spell at the end of your turn
Would love a guide as I'm a mostly F2P player trying to figure out if this deck is the right one for me. After ages of grinding I have 5600 dust on hand, which isn't enough for the whole deck but isn't far off as I already own Archmage Vargoth (natch) and Archmage Antonidas. Of the other three legendaries, I am wondering which ones are most essential - seems to me it'd be Thalnos and Jenkins (and those feel like great crafts to me anyways as they are evergreen) but is Stargazer crucial? Also how good is Arcane Watcher? I'd hate to blow a bunch of dust on what feels like a bit of a gimmick card.
Stargazer is absolutely crucial to any kind of tempo mage strategy so you can actually have enough fuel to win the game. She synergies well with the cheap spells you play. If you’re interested in just this archetype, Luna is a must have. If you want to play other decks, bloodmage and leeroy are two that are always around in some form.
Not even a mulligan guide after over 100 votes? You just lost mine ...
I'm getting creamed with this deck on Rank 15. It's absolutely not possible for me to win.
