My first deck in this new meta, it has a few interchangeable parts and was inspired by some other decks I've seen on here.
the Chief Inspector is amazing Vs. Hunter, but if you're not facing hunters it's pretty much a dead card.
I would probably take out Lifedrinker for it.
Corpsetaker is another card I'd like to try out as it has great synergy with Zilliax
Mojomaster Zihi is great for if you face any big decks or ramp druid. I heard druid was dead now, but I've faced a few ramp druids testing this, and it completely ruins their gameplan and makes them concede mostly. even locking yourself out of sweet shark plays and you ability to Vilespine Slayer effectively is worth it as it just shuts down their game entirely.
Sonya Shadowdancer is perfect for use in tandem with your recently nerfed Saronite Chain Gang similarly to the tactic I came up with during pogo rogue with that card that gave the 2 taunts with divine shield, although not nearly as OP. it can provide enough stall to get things going.
Sonya has a multitude of uses though and has inert synergy with the base idea of tempo/mid range hybrid decks. she makes the cut because she's the best thing we have for the slot. You can run Zola the Gorgon instead, but you won't be able to get that taunt factory feel thing going on with zola like you can with sonya. sonya is probably my favourite card in rotation.
the rest of the deck is pretty much standard mid range or tempo beyond this really, it should fair pretty well I reckon.
ah thanks man. some great advice there. I really would like unstable, but I wasn't sure if it was worth the craft back in BD. I seen it's used loads in Wild rogue decks as well so definitely on my craft list now. I'd also like Nerubian unraveler, but for warlock decks more.
I don't have my corpse takers yet neither, and might skip them as it's so close to them rotating. if I get into wild though they will probably be worth it still (I probably will now given all the cards I use that will be gone from standard soon)
I don't have those purple oozes yet neither. It's a card I could really do with though as they go well in warlock decks as well. just never opened one before.

PS: I was considering blood knights too. I had not realized they take the divine shields of all minions, I just thought it was your own. I have seen a tempo rogue that uses them recently that uses them new banana guys and questing adventurer dudes as well. I need to craft these guys and put them in a deck.
hopefully we get some kind of event soon with extra dust or something so I can build these cards.
This rogue deck looks quite reasonable at a glance. Mojomaster Zihi is just good in the deck. You don't need to be fighting ramp and big decks for it to find value; as a tempo deck, you can just stick it in the lategame if you're ahead on board and it'll end the game often enough. It's a bit like Loatheb or Nerubian Unraveler. It might be better because control and combo decks need mana a lot more than you do and the mana crystals stay destroyed past 1 turn and if mojomaster leaves the board
The Corpsetaker package is a good idea too. A lot of decks run it now to the point where I'm considering running Blood Knights again to counter. I'd add an Argent Squire or two to ensure they keep their divine shield though. Competitive corpsetaker decks run a minimum of 2 activators. This is usually Zilliax + one bad card. Argent squire isn't really a bad card in rogue and the extra 1 drops will help you hit the god opening of 1 drop into 1 drop + Cold Blood. Don't worry about the lifesteal too much. Other lifesteal minions are much too bad to put in decks and divine shield+taunt are the important keywords to hit anyway. The 2 Saronite Chain Gangs should ensure they have taunt often enough. I've also seen some decks similar to yours run Stormwatcher to activate windfury since it's great synergy with cold blood and Fungalmancer. Personally, I think it's questionable because of how bad stormwatcher is though
If you're looking for hunter tech that doesn't suck too often in other matchups, I suggest Gluttonous Oozes to snipe those Eaglehorn Bows. A tempo deck like this should run over the deathrattle hunters that don't run them. Ooze hits a lot fewer decks than it did before the nerfs but there are still paladins and odd rogue. Tempo ooze is a lot better than tempo inspector too
Lifedrinker is sketchy. If you want burst, you rather have Southsea Deckhand as those are cheaper and work with cold blood. Hypemon is a meme card. You can put it in there if you wanna meme but I can't give you any advice for what you'll find memey and fun
Myra's Unstable Element is one vital card you're missing. I'm guessing you don't have it in your collection but if you just forgot to put it in, here's you're reminder :P
