Edits to the original decklist:

-2 MCT / +2 Swipe

-1 Stonehill Defender / +1 Flobidinous Floop

I didn't want to change much to this list but after playtesting I definitely feel the need for the swipes over MCT currently and Floop can be played ideally on T3 alongside a Mountain Giant when you have the coin and use Witchwood Apple on T2. It also pairs well with any of the cards besides the treants, and can be used to discover a third or even 4th plague combo with the help of the Lich King.

I would also want to look into the Tenders in this list but I haven't gotten around to testing what I would cut next yet.

This is a list that was made for fun running the Treants theme, and it ended up into a slow hand list that aims to fill the board with spreading plague and buff them up on T10, followed by a late-game 2x Mulchmuncher + Goop Sprayer for 4x rush 8/8's +2 mana.

The list has exactly 10 treants so it will be late-game to pull off the full combo if the game is still going.

You want to mulligan for Withwood Apple*, Mountain Giant, Ferocious Howl, Landscaping, lesser jasper spellstone, branching paths

The Witchwood apple will let you play your mountain giant much sooner, and the sooner you clean out your mountain giants the sooner you can manage your hand as you like. I took out other hand cards that were in this list because of the prominence of silences, especially earth shock.

The game will play out very slowly in most cases and the armor up can pull you out from oblivion. Buffing up your Spreading Plague with Branching Paths or your taunt buffer will make it much more difficult for your opponent to remove than when they're split up.

Aim to discover more Spreading Plagues (ideally to be buffed by Lich King buff or followed by MCT)

Mulchmuncher takes a lot of investment to see a ton of value, but it's very satisfying to spawn 4x Mulchmuncher to drop your opponents jaw at the end of it all.
