Almost too strong. Flamecannon was in almost every Mage deck until it was rotated out, and this is almost strictly better.
This is strictly better. You can divide the damage if you want, and it counts as two spells for Sanctum Chandler, the new Antonidas, etc.
I mean, it's usually better but not always. If you get it off a random spell though it'll only deal half the damage, and has a chance of hitting your own minions, which flamecannon does not.
Being able to hit your own minions is also an advantage when you choose the target though, so...
Fair enough, but random casting doesn't factor into deckbuilding decisions unless you have cards that cast spells randomly from your deck, which this deck surely would not.
