Actually no, they all summon at once. I only had room for 4 hounds and 4 is all I got... however, they also get the passive boost of +2 attack for Shaw's hounds, so that's a cool 18 damage if your board is empty before you play it.

I should clarify; when I said go, I meant they attack one-by-one.
