Basically this is an Ancestral Spirit on large scale.

Artwork and name seem more like a Druid card rather than Shaman (Shaman seems to choose aquatic theme for this set).

This card is absolutely broken.  Token shaman with bloodlust is going to be pure cancer.  

Spells on this exp are getting some rlly nice artworks.

definitely clunky at 4 mana, but there is some huge combo potential here!

Given that shaman has Bloodlust, I wouldn't call this clunky. It's way better than a bunch of 1/1 murlocs or 2/2 treants. Soul of the Forest is the same cost and very usable because of Savage Roar

if I am playing a token deck with bloodllust, I would probably rather have soul of the murloc for 2 mana instead of paying 4 to resummon my tokens... 

Possibly. Depends on the cards in that deck. It won't replace Soul of the Murloc, but this is a nice option if you got some nice deathrattles. Will it see play? idk. You may be right for existing token decks. But the cost is appropriate me thinks.
