Since when u buff C'Thun he shows himself, this is much easier thing to keep in mind
Yeah! That and the fact that it's just sum shit, COME ON!!!!
Giving druid a potential 4-mana 4-10 is ridiculously overpowered.
My guess is they are gonna nerf druids combo badly and this card is to help make up for the impending loss of combo
you need exactly 2 cultists +2/+2 buffs at first 3 turns to play Klaxxi Amber-Weaver on trun 4 as 4/10 and later in the game 4 mana 4/10 is good but not broken
So basically Chillwind Yetis won't be used in any druid deck. Even if it's not a C'Thun deck
I would still put the Yeti in over this card. There is a 0.01% chance that you will face a priest with C'Thun who will thoughtsteal this from you.
Agreed. That makes a lot of sense.
I'd rather have the mindgame of my opponent thinking i'm playing a C'Thun deck, and now that piloted shredder is gone, well maybe we are actually going to see the druids going back to playing yetis. Maybe they even want 3 or 4 yetis.
So, assuming that there'll be a one drop that buffs C'Thun, this will almost always be a 4/10 if you run 2x (whatever C'Thun buff 1 drop we'll be getting), 2x Beckoner of Evil, and 2x Twilight Elder, especially if you get a turn 1 Innervate Twilight Elder wombo combo.
Im ready for some non CThun cards.
When standard hits, everyone will be playing a CThun deck. Therefore, making the meta stale. Is anyone here not gonna try it out?
I wanted vareity. Not everything figuring out how make the biggest CThun.
there will be 3 other God's that decks will most likely revolve around as well, not just C'thun
Badly worded card does that include in your hand deck battlefield ? I want more clarity
C'thun specifically says on the card that it can be buffed wherever it is. It can be in your deck, hand or even in play, and still be buffed by C'thun synergistic cards. This means this card can be played anytime and gain the +5 health so long as your C'thun has been buffed to at least 10 Attack (wherever it is).
"Hey, lets introduce a feature for the new old god where you can interact with him no matter where he is."
"Great idea! How 'bout this other card though?"
"Oh let's stop being consistent and make his ability only work when C'thun in on the battlefield."
Edit: Forgot this is the internet, I was being sarcastic as I though OP's question was ridiculous.
It doesn't specify that C'thun has to be in play for this Battlecry to work. It's pretty easy for someone with even half a brain to realize that this battlecry works as long as your C'thun has 10 or more Attack (wherever it is).
So any reason why the Mantid, which worship Y'Shaarj, have C'Thun synergy?
They're basically the same thing as the Qiraji, and besides, Hearthstone doesn't need to follow any of the actual WoW lore Kappa
Also came here to say that this is the wrong Old God. The Klaxxi worship Y'shaarj, not C'thun. What the **** is Blizzard doing? XD
Seems like C'thun seduced all the cultists with his cute eye, what a cutie KappaPride
Wow, more cards like this a C'Thun wont even have to see the board to impact the game. I guess in essence that is fitting to the old gods in general.
