Mistermath's Card Ratings for Voyage to the Sunken City:
6/10
Another comparison to Firelands Portal it is. This one's a bit less impressive; Sure, an 8/2-5 that deals and heals 8 while coming with a 1/4 is good, but those bonuses do come at the cost 1 extra mana, as well as a semirandom effect from the Behemoth's Lure that could be argued as a downside in certain situations (compare with Swamp King Dred), although it'll usually be an upside. There's also a significant lack of synergy with pretty much anything else priest is looking for at the moment, besides filling in the 8-drop slot in a quest priest deck.
Edit: With the buff to this card, the hearthstone design team is not hiding whatsoever that they want power creep to continue on. The card is overstatted, fast, and stabilizing, and the 7-drop slot was far more needed in quest priest than the 8-drop slot, making this even better on the synergy end too. The comparison to Firelands Portal has also obviously increased. This card is going to 8/10.
The first legendary without background music when play it.
Also, I just found out that when it wants to force a "Can't Attack" Minion it doesn't even work.....or at least I think that is the reason why it didn't attack.
trash card :(
would have been OP if instead of a random one, would force the lowest attack enemy minion....but blizz is always about gambling and RNG...
I wonder if Colossal + 1's have left or right tokens. I assume it's always to the right, but this one looks left.
The awesome thing is that you probably just need that ONE value trade from the turn you drop this guy and any attempt to kill the lure is more or less a waste. Not OP but pretty cool :)
