Treasure Chest is similar to Marin the Fox. Like any of these, let me know =)

They might be too op, but it's just an idea, not serious entry atm.

Treasure Chest seems potentially busted since you can play the treasure as early as turn 4, and pretty much all of them are infinitely broken at that point in the game. 3 Mana for 2 full sized copies of The Lich King on turn four? 3 0-Cost cards? Way too strong. This seems like a sort of unfixable concept overall, since if you jack up the price too high it just becomes worse than Marin the Fox.

Golden Rose is far too efficient right now, it's 24 Health for 6 Mana, and it's non-legendary. Being able to run 2 copies of Reno Jackson is both ironic and broken, and that's before you consider Auchenai Soulpriest making this a Lifesteal Pyroblast for half the Mana. As a neutral, this might be more balanced at like 6 of each, since it's a more flexible and more expensive Greater Healing Potion then.

A deceptively good card, this is a really powerful tutor in pretty much any deck. 1 Mana seems like it's definitely too low after the fact, would 2 be about right? Or is that still too good?

A nice addition to any deck that attempts to draw a lot of cards or add a lot of token cards to your hand. This card also gets discounted by cards in your hand post-mulligan, so you're guaranteed to have this cost a few mana less as a baseline. This has possible applications in Evenlock, Miracle Rogue, and possibly a Standard Exodia Mage that runs this with Alexstrasza as its combo.

As any experienced Warrior will tell you, a Dual-ing Blade can be a double-edged sword.

The card requires that you don't run any Legendaries and run two copies of each of the 15 cards in your deck, which is a significant drawback for most Warrior decks. It's a powerful effect, but you lose out on cards like Dr. Boom, Mad Genius and Darius Crowley among other things. It's potentially powerful in a Pirate/Tempo deck that runs lots of cheap two-ofs and tries to cheat out extra minions, or a more control based build that speeds through its deck and uses Dead Man's Hand along with a few huge threats and draw to win with a huge amount of attack damage.

    Any thoughts?

Interesting effect, but I'm not sure if it's functional? Other Start of Game effects are always met, yours wont be as you already have cards in hand. Also, it seems weird to include to "start of game" effects that has the exact same text in order to make it functional.

Genn and Baku both work based on your deck before the game begins, and neither will activate if you have an Odd/Even cost card in your hand and none left in your deck. As for the doubled effect, the animation would only play once for the two cards, I don't think that would be too hard of an interaction to program. Ideally, it would show up similarly to how a pair of cards displays in the collection, with the one Blade in front and the other behind it slanted.

I feel like the effect is too strong though anyway, and I though of a new name, so how does this look?

    Any thoughts?
I'm not really sure about the name or art at this point, this is mostly a first draft. For the requirement to work, you need to be running a deck of 15 two-ofs (so no Legendaries), and similar to how Genn and Baku both work, the requirement is checked at the actual start of the game before the mulligan, so having pairs split between your hand and deck won't affect it. I'm not sure how balanced the effect is, since running a deck of 15 two-ofs isn't that big of a downside, and this is a pretty big upside, especially if there are some weird combos you can pull off with the 1-cost cards you can generate easily with the effect. Would making the effect a Battlecry based on your starting deck be more balanced?

    Thoughts?

This seems like a very good card to me, since Shaman is one of the few classes with enough token spells to let you still run "minions" in the early game and get the massive value later, and not running any traditional minions that cost 4 or less is a big enough drawback to justify this effect imo. 5 is a good number for this because it just avoids tutor cards like Witchwood Piper and Sandbinder from being allowable. I do enjoy that in theory, you could run Ice Fishing with maybe Brrrloc to have a few early minions that you can fish out with less risk to the plan of getting your Nastas to trigger.

The only complaints I have with the card are that the first line should say "If your deck" with no "s" and the end of deck, and that it's a 5/5 for 5 with 3 fives in the text for a grand total of 6 fives :p

    Quote from Azshara >>

Posting this as my de-facto final draft, and any feedback is appreciated. Otherwise, the wait begins.

    Card concept, lore, and design:
Azshara is the queen of the Naga in Warcraft lore. She's able to influence people to serve her, drawing a Naga to her side whenever she casts a spell. Her Sceptre, Sharas'dal, enhanced her powers, which is why it buffs her minions. While usable in a normal deck, these effects encourage you to build a 'spell-only' deck. In tandem, using the hero power to summon minions, and augmenting it with Sharas'dal's passive effect could prove quite powerful.

    Clarification and notes:
Azshara's 'Starts in your hand' effect works identically to Quests, so it's always in your opening hand. When casting a spell, the buff is applied BEFORE, and the Naga is summoned AFTER. This means the Naga has 1/1 stats, and will only be buffed by subsequent spell casts. Sharas'dal's 'Permanent' effect works like permanent minions (Nether Portal), in that it can't attack or be destroyed. Think of it as a second passive hero power. The Naga Token can be seen below:

I like the card for the most part. The flavor makes sense, the card is fairly costed, and I like the idea of a fully minion-less tempo Mage, but I'm not sure it would work out. Not running any minions contradicts how Tempo has always worked, using cheap minions that make your cheap spells more effective, and getting tons of damage because of it. A no minion Mage deck pushes you towards control because you can't run cards like Mana Wyrm, Sorcerer's Apprentice, etc. but a control Mage with just Naga as a win condition seems weak when you could just run big spell mage, and the card is pretty much universally outclassed by Frost Lich Jaina once you get to turn 9.

It's an interesting card, but the effects pull too far in opposite directions imo. I only really see this being a card in a minion-inclusive Tempo Mage that uses it for free 1/1's, and occasionally gets the weapon after having sifted through the whole deck with Aluneth, which kind of defeats the purpose of the card. I would suggest reworking the card so it's a bit more control friendly, maybe as an alternate way to play big spell mage where the effects care about the cost and not the quantity of the spells you play. A plus for that would be that Azshara definitely is more of a big spell character than a "20 damage from Arcane Missiles and Cinderstorm" character, and a change would make the card more flavorful.

When did they change the interaction for Faceless Manipulator and The Dankness? I didn't realize how it worked now, and it took me forever to do #3 because I thought I needed to have the Candles in both decks and end up with only three cards in the opponent's hand after Vanish, which is impossible :/
