As others told you, don't run Mag, unless you want to decrease your win-rate.

I got 11x for the last 3 months (EU), barely playing. My rank decayed to 3400 in August (entered at 2800). Usually, I achieve 60-110 wins per month with 60% winrate. This month - still Gold, lol. I wonder would I get 11x by only reaching rank5, or no way? I'll try to force myself to get Legend, although currently not in HS mood at all. The meta seems good, but playing an other game, rn.

Shaman and hunter are some of the poorest classes to ladder with. Pick a aggro rogue and stick with it, at least games will end fast

Shaman is garbage, but Face Hunter is the best deck in the game.

posted a message on Legend after two years

Congrats! Competitive approach in HS is always much more satisfying than just playing it for memes or a single game experience. By playing plenty of ranked games and breaking milestones (and even rng) you show it's not coincidence, but your capabilities are making some difference in an even field. And we humans are vertical beings, always moving, daring, overcoming obstacles, again and again. Breaching milestones feels great for that natural reason; self-excuses about staying away are only some evil demons sitting on our real secret aspirations. Thus, the greatest obstacle is a psychological barrier and breaking through it is the greatest joy of them all. It sheds that burden which was keeping you in place, discouraged, convulsed and under a doubt, decaying... It restores self-confidence for everything and sets you free... catching with difficulties becomes a joy.

Last games are often memorable for their drama or difficulty. Two months ago I won in a big style - enraged double Gromm lethal; then Blessed Champion lethal. The last pre-legend game this month was so silly - my top-kek (11%) at 2hp left was Skill Command for 3 dmg (hero power would be 1dmg short). What I wanted to say is that you don't lose that enjoyment of a single game experience when playing competitively. Stories are even greater and more worthy if you put them in competitive context.

So, once again, congrats for making that first, crucial, the hardest step forward. Next goals you can try: - reach a certain Legend rank; - reach 11x stars reward;- try reaching legend in Wild; - reach Legend with a worse deck...

Your Rogue list consists of a silly, random card - Plague. That's a tech card, a hate card. Those cards are usually not proactive and don't do anything for your game plan. If a deck isn't good on its own, then nothing will improve it by much, such cards will usually make the deck only more cumbersome. These cards shine is some games, but are dead (losing you games) in all others. We are biased to see that, but more important is to see what's not happening, than only what's happening. Drawn win-rate of Plague is bad, only Scimitar has worse. Other lists play Jandice and Deadly Poisons instead of those.

Hot garbage. Blizzard continues to screw invested players in order to satisfy casuals. Hope it backfires.

    Quote from TouchedSage >>

As somone who has played almost exclusively Priest for the last year I can tell you it has nothing to do with ‘screwing other players’. It is that as Hearthstone has morphed into Swingstone with tons of swingy OP cards, Priest is the only class that has a chance against a wide variety of decks. The win rate is not so great but at least there is a chance of pulling out a victory instead of auto conceding against 50% of classes. It is clear that Scholomance is going to turn the swingy up to 11 which some people are going to love but I think it is going to be a total s*itshow.

I'm not saying all Priest players are toxic (I played it a lot...), but current rework of the class is an ugly garbage. it feels low to play it. Res Priest is always toxic (many people play it even after Barnes nerf and t4 status). Mind Blast Priest, for example, is not...

How do you think they will sell packs after Dustwood?

RoS was the last low / average power x-pack. Uldum, dramatically stronger, DoD insane (maybe more than K&C and KotFT), even AoO, but this one in uneven way.

Cards are breaking many basic rules in order to completely shift the game from curvestone to swingstone. No way back from this.

Personally, I don't mind powercreeps that much, but what I dislike are idiotic cards that obstruct other players... with no other purpose (not even more winning), but to feed ego of toxic players. Like current iteration of Priest who play bunch of annoying, uncontrollable rng, 'can't play around' disgusting garbage. Most of the time this Priest was rather upper t3 / low t2 deck in AoO, but was played by insane amount of people (current win -rate: 48%, play-rate 12% (3rd)), because many HS players want to screw other players more than just win a HS game (plus in their brain: screwing will lead to win). Blizzard know games feed ego, so such people are a perfect aim for their marketing department. :)
