There are 2 problems with this meta.

The 1st one it that it's balanced, but in a bad way. You can win or lose any matchup, because scams and counter scams decide games. I suggested you to play favored DH vs. Druids, but it can happen they scam you 3 games in a row with turn 4 Prestor and you will want to throw your device through the window.

Another problem is that nothing is extremely popular. You'll face a lot of different stuff on the ladder. It's hard to target anything. If you target Prestor Druid, other scammy decks will eat all your remaining nerves.

D10-D5: Mech Paladin, Handbuff Paladin, Quest Warrior, Big Beast Hunter, Mech Mage, Murloc Warlock, Burn Shaman

D5-D1: Mech Paladin, Handbuff Paladin, Big Beast Hunter, Murloc Warlock

Depends on which version you play. Ignite is garbage; Ping is the way to go. You are good vs. Rogue and Paladin. See if you can beat these, if not then you are doing too many mistakes.

Libram Paladin is a top deck, so there might be two reasons why are you not performing well.

1) Your list is bad. No Barov and Samuro. My good advice is to forget about budgeting in HS. There are good reasons for every card included in decks. Here's the good list: AAECAZ8FCPy4A4TBA5PQA/voA5HsA9n5A7+ABOCLBAv9uAPquQPruQPsuQPKwQOVzQPA0QPM6wPw9gON+AP5pAQA You can cut the Murloc and Smite, but not Barov and Samuro.

2) You are playing bad. Which is normal if you are new or back to HS after a long time. But, then it's hard to point out everything you might be doing wrong. You can't simply learn everything HS over a night. Just play and learn.

First thing, you should get familiar with all the cards and decks from the format. This will help you learn matchups, mulligan and predicting / playing around stuff. Mulligan for 1 drops, then Bannerman, Vindicator... Keep Aldor, usually even without 1 drops against not fast opponents, especially on coin.

Doom Shaman is possibly tier 1, though.

 Doesn't need to be healable.

Potentially a strong card, but imo nothing to be scared of.

I have to agree. I normally defend good business decisions, but this is not one. They are shooting themselves in the foot, trying to coerce people to play more games.

It makes me think the numbers really are declining fast if they have to go to such lengths to keep queues active. I guess they no longer have faith in their own ability to draw people in with actual entertaining gameplay. Keep this up, Blizzard, and you'll have nothing left but Battlegrounds.

Look at hsreplay, Burn Shaman is not only the best deck, it's the ONLY tier 1 deck in top 1k legend.

It’s funny to read ‘SOME PEOPLE ARE STILL PAYING FOR THIS’ followed by people saying they bought mega-bundles.

I play when there’s a new expansion then stop until the next expansion once I’ve experienced the meta. I don’t need to experience the same meta for two months, there’s not enough variety to justify it. Warlock is wheel at the moment, that’s it. Same can be said with most archetypes.

I don’t think it’s fair to say they don’t care or have bad intentions. I’m sure the team cares, they just can’t handle it, which is different. Maybe it’s the decision makers who are under qualified, I don’t know. I think it’s one of those things where very few people could manage a game of this scope and they haven’t found the right people to do it or won’t put them in charge. You end up with people in charge who probably shouldn’t be.

Azerite Scorpion doesn't look much like a buff

I'm quite surprised the reno hero is dodging the nerfs, I'd at the very least expect it to be on the watchlist. Probably the most powerful card ever printed in a vacuum at this point.

The problem with the Demon Hunter card was not its health. It was the insane value and burst damage it can bring for just 3 mana.

And even if you can kill it. Opponent can just play another one and finish you off.

If they really want to balance that card they shluld increase its mana to 5 mana.
