posted a message on Prediction: Glide will be incredibly weak and will see no play

Yesterday we got that Fragments archetype, which seems much more broken and anti-synergistic with Glide. So, that's another hope Glide will be cut from aggro / tempo. Still, people can take Fragments only partially :) in their aggro decks. We'll see. Additionally, we've seen a lot of efficient cheap dmg spells excellent vs. DH.

I think people here are not fully aware of the newest enrage aggro DH builds. They rely on strong early game, have minimal curve and cut everything expensive except Skull and Adept (and sometimes Spellkin for extra reach). One often finds himself with 0 zero cards in hand already on turns 4-6. Just imagine having an extra card similar to Skull after vomiting initial cards. You don't get discounts, but it's 2 mana cheaper, totally disrupts opponent, gives more draw consistency than just Skull alone. Against aggro, your early game is unparalleled or equal at worst. You will not give them much cards anyway. And again, wasting 4 mana on -do nothing- will probably not be a problem, because of experience with Skull and vomiting. Altruis still works, because everything is cheap. I still secretly hope (firstly, that aggro DH will not be a thing at all, lul) and that wasting 4 mana -do nothing- will stop this card from inclusion in aggro builds, but I'm afraid that will not be the case. There is a feeling they didn't test it in aggro (again) and that at least they are not aware of currently emerging builds. And people will find a way to exploit it, I'm pretty sure (like 5 times before). There are smart people out there that will make something out either of old, undetected or new cards. Glide is simply a dangerous card to print, even if it doesn't do what are people afraid of. What's the point of this card? Why print it for any reason?

Stats are only up to Gold rank where jank deck versions and bad players reside. Winrates are projected, instead of expected in an even field, so off meta (often aggro, on curve) decks get inflated winrates.

posted a message on Your favorite game of all time?

    - I bought my first PC in 2000. to play Age of Empires 2, after my friend was talking a lot about some castles, knights, catapults... Me and bunch of my friends are playing the game almost every Friday starting from 2013. I'm a bit tired of it, but can't say "no" to my friends. Yeah, it must be the best game ever for me. I favored realistic games as a kid, so another favorite RTS was Cossacks, imbalanced mess, but so fun. :D

    - I spent thousands of hours mastering Civilization IV. Learning countless little tricks and exploitation to beat games on higher levels felt so rewarding. Civ IV is the only masterpiece Civ game; sad most people don't realize it. Others are either obsolete or dumbed down.

    - Commandos and Desperados, practically the only 2 games of this great genre. :(

    - City building series from Sierra: bugged Caesar 3, Pharaoh, Zeus, RotMK... and Tropico 1

    - Of course, I played generally well-known games like CS 1.6, Diablo 2, Half Life 2, War 3... WoW, DoTA and LoL, not that much.

    - Some other older games that are maybe not that great, but I enjoyed them nevertheless: Deus Ex, Wizardry 8, Disciples 2, IL-2 Sturmovik, Rome TW, Thief 1, Serious Sam 1, Monkey Island 1, GUN, SoF, Kingpin, Quake 3, UT, Far Cry 1, Stronghold 1 and Crusaders... ok, the list would never end...

    Wut? https://ibb.co/bXMZfvC

Priest is the easiest match-up for HHunter. And Res Priest isn't a deck.

I'm really curious where people get these false information.

posted a message on Is Demon Hunter still a problem?

After the buffs DH is better than ever. Players will realize it soon, pick the proper list and play-rate of the class will rise once again. Early game is still miles better than in other classes.

Rogue is very capable of dealing with DH, but one can never bet against consistency of DH. It's an aggro, ctrl and combo deck at the same time; shuts down classical HS archetypes forever.

Stealth Rogue is somewhat better vs. DH than Secret. Overall, Rogue is shit, rn, imho. It plays like Priest and can't kill anybody.

posted a message on Does everyone like that this game has gone "full casino mode"?

The game rn is absolute garbage. What makes it worse then all other times it sucked big time is that now it feels 100% hopeless. Even if you delete 50 cards from the game, I'm not sure it would solve anything. Everything is deeply messed up. I mean, fundamental rules are completely violated and abandoned. Design is shortsighted, untested, naive and ends up contradicting initial intentions. Gameplay is a mockery. Completely meaningless. And what is the most heartbreaking, mistakes are not new, they are doing the same mistakes again and again. I really don't see how to fix all the blunders accumulated in the last 1-2 years (especially, if they managed to *uck up this much, they must be so blind and clueless that it's impossible to believe in their abilities to recognize mistakes and fix them. Maybe, only David Copperfield could find some narrow way out.

posted a message on New librams in future expansions...?

But, they said Libram mechanic is only AoO thing and no more Librams will be printed.

We actually don't need more Librams, but:

-> busted win con / a card that wins games on spot, like it's the case with current broken classes. Without those, even if you survive somehow, you can't finish current Priests, Mages, Control Rogues... unless you run Blessed Champion, lol.

-> card draw; *uck the class identity article, I don't want the fundamental mechanic in card games - the card draw -  to be related to identity of classes, at least not when broken classes blessed with the mentioned identity get draw AND tempo (discounted (free!), barely any condition / drawback)!!! Paladin, on average, needs to kill 3 cards and tempo with only one of his own! And he still lacks real busted '1 for 3' cards. Not even talking about inconsistency issues. Even with some solid cards, Paladin is dying from not having a proper answers on time.

Current card draw in some Libram lists is garbage, pure anti-tempo cycle... running bad cards to draw more draw cards. Too much card draw isn't always good (only in combo), and even if we draw some good cards, non-pure lists are worse, and those cards are still not good enough to kill late game value powerhouses. As I said before, a busted synergy card is needed. Or some 0 mana cards; why pay mana for cards? How on earth we can kill 3 zero mana cards with one of ours that costs mana!?! I ask that all of you!

posted a message on Is Reno Priest fun? What cards should I craft?

Reno is a must, Kazakus not that much. Look for Goku's latest verison.

The deck is strong, but slow and hard to pilot. You will need a lot of practice in order to learn macro strategies vs. certain decks.

Raza Priest is still susceptible to some aggro. Quest Mage and Mecha'thun Warlock are polarizing matchups. Warriors (Galakrond and Bomb) are a problem, too.
