The card itself is fine, it's just the whole Duskbreaker and Netherspite Historian issue again when both were still in standard.
Many people above already stated the easy fix: Remove the Mech tag, which I totally agree with. Not only does this make it not Discoverable, it also means no rush from Dr.Boom. 4/5 Body that can deal 10 damage is good enough already.
At first glance, this card is just
Blessing of Kings
with +1/+1 and a steep drawback. But, the drawback is neglected if you only have one minion, you can also take advantage of the drawback by placing minions you want to kill (i.e
Devilsaur Egg
) next to the minion you want to buff.
Or, you can use it on an enemy minion to weaken its adjacent minions. Just make sure you target the correct one!
Because the infinite value cards right now is just too good, or the OTK deck is just too deadly. Which makes the old "Grind you out of resources" type Control deck go out of business.
His Deathrattle turns your whole deck into
Pyroblast
, guarantee you enough damage (Most of the time) to kill your opponent. However, you will also lose any minions and removals except those already in your hand/battlefield, and your entire mana pool will be dedicated to throwing out those mega fireballs. Can you finish your opponent before he does the same to you?
Build up a board and burst your opponent down in a single turn! It's not that hard for any class since they only have 15 Health, but you better make sure it's an OTK orelse you just wasted all your damage!
Stonetusk Boar - 1 mana charge limits design space like many posters already mentioned. Just get rid of it.
Naturalize - For the same reason they get rid of Coldlight Oracle, I don't think Blizz support mill deck, and this card is bane is a control meta.
Personally, I wish they also rotate Animal Companion, even through I know it's unlikely. That card is the most played card in wild and due to the beast it summons are above average anyway, it's hard to skip it. Also, hunter 3-mana slot is way too crowded already, just get rid of it!
The deck has the same issue as Quest Rogue, you win if you play aggro, you lose if you play control.
It's way too polarizing. Sure, Combo deck is meant to beat Control, but no deck ever has been so polarizing except V1 Quest Rogue and Control Warr vs Freeze Mage.
I don't feel like arena is predictable. In fact, that is one reason why I don't like it. I enjoy having to think about my opponent's possible plays and how I should play to set up counters. With arena is just like I hope they don't have something and just play based off my cards. Granted, I'm not super familiar with the rarity of the cards but still it feels like I have to think a lot less than in constructed.
While this is true to an extend, ladders currently has too fews decks. Among them they are either too predictable (Odd Pala, Even Lock, Shudder Shaman, OTK Pala), or just as unpredictable as arena because you have no idea what they are playing (I am looking at you Druid)
Arena brings variety that ladder decks sorely lacks. Each and every arena opponents you face brings a different deck, meanwhile in the ladder, it's always the same 4-5 decks, Odd Pala/Shudder Shaman/Spell Hunter.
After seeing and playing those 4-5 types of decks for oh-so-fking-long, arena is a breath of fresh air.
What the title said. With the new expansion, there're some many bad Taunt minions polluting the pool I find myself rarely discovering useful ones from our old trusty turtle.
I am using Tinkmaster Overspark myself to deal with some nasty minions like Hadronox, and I am using one of the new 1 mana 2/3 to deal with aggro. Is there any other replacements?

WE'RE BOTH GONNA BE RICH!!
Meme aside, I personally think this is pretty bad. If only she has Taunt...

Pros: Two Transform effect in a weapon, allow Warrior to get rid of annoying Deathrattle and prevents your opponent from bringing them back.
Cons: Weak against small minions, can never take out a minion by itself.

My guess:
Mind Control Tech - Way too swingy and rng, plus there're many occasion there isn't a 'play around' for this card.
Leeroy Jenkin - Too good a finisher in aggro and tempo deck, it faces the same problem as Ragnaros the Firelord.
Stonetusk Boar - 1 mana charge limits design space like many posters already mentioned. Just get rid of it.

I got most value out of her by letting her pullout big minions discovered by Stonehill Defender, such as Obsidian Statue or Grave Horror. Bone Drake deathrattle usually result in big minion too.
It's pretty annoying that whenever I get to play her, opponent always have a board wipe, or I am so close to death they can burst me down.

I AM BACK, INSECT!
