HooliganPolygon posted a message on Paladin Reveal - Dragon Speaker & Bronze HeraldPosted in: NewsI share all of your hopes. I think Blizzard is hinting for upcoming Dragon Paladin archetype for a long time, so it's possible to see a legendary dragon for Paladin.

Dunscot posted a message on Paladin Reveal - Dragon Speaker & Bronze HeraldPosted in: NewsI really like Bronze Herald. It's an Igneous Elemental for Dragons, that really helps you to keep a good board presence. I actually think the 3/2 statline works even better on this than the 2/3. Just a very good, solid card, and not only for Dragon-oriented decks. Also, I like it that they finally get back to giving more bronze dragons to Paladin, so many years after Dragon Consort.
As for Dragon Speaker... +3/+3 on multiple minions is a LOT, if you can have your hand full of dragons. But after I played quite a bit with handbuffs, I even used Glowstone Technician in Even Paladin for some time, I personally found these buffs much more useful when you can put them on small minions to summon multiple medium-sized threats instead of a single big one.
In other words, I don't like Dragon Speaker too much unless there are some more 1-2 mana Dragons in this or future sets. But the card itself is pretty decent.

GetchX posted a message on New Card Reveal - Untamed BeastmasterPosted in: NewsGuarantee you there will be a 5 mana hunter spell or minion that draws you a beast or two from your deck.
...Or there will be a 5 mana druid spell that will draw 3 beasts from your deck, reduces their cost by 3 mana each, summons Malygos and removes your opponents deck.

As far we know, it will become a 7-7.

Clearly your brain is very limited. Unlike the potential of this card.

Libram of Hope, you always want more of those.
This card can also nulify fatigue damage if played in a control matchup.

Oromis Don't mind this guy. He's an obvious troll.

I know, but paladin has ways to do that. And even if the paladin can't deal with it, the rogue might trade if he doesn't have an answer for your body.
Anyways, this is an insane card. Maybe the best 2-drop to topdeck lategame, apart from zephrys. And I wouldn't even hate to play this into my opponents 4-4 body. It's just good tempo and value.

This card is just insane! BRING ON YOUR EDWIN hahahahHHAHAHAhhaahahahaHAHAHAHAHAAAA

Oh god, just why.....
This is just going to ruin the launch of the expansion until all the hype is gone, THEN they are going to nerf to create new hype. But really the only thing they create is frustration...
EDIT: and dust, so at least we've got that going for us

Well that's just, like... your opinion, man.

I think the paladin/warrior legendary card is going to support some kind of BIG archetype. The dual class weapon fits the theme, and this legendary with its high cost and rush keyword is just too obviously meant to cheat out some way. No one wants to actually pay 8 mana for this..
