    The synergy is terrible. This is a deathrattle. You want deathrattles to die. Having a 1/7 Deathrattle on board is bad because you won't get it to die.

    A 3/2 weapon for 3 is vanilla so you get to copy all your totems for 1 extra mana spent. In the very best case scenario you copy your evil totem and your amalgam for 1 mana 3/4 and 0/2. In a more middling scenario you curve this into amalgam for a 1 mana 3/4 or a 1 mana 3/2 weapon. Both of which are still perfectly good on their own.

    The worst case is only copying a basic totem and even that is not the worst. Since you're paying an extra mana to summon a copy of a minion that's worth about one mana.

    Addendum: This also synergizes with the new Shaman quest where you will be able to double up on this battlecry, which means you will quadruple the number of totems on board.

    All. If it was just one it would state that it would summon a copy of a random totem or that you would choose a copy of a totem to summon. This just blanket copies all the ones you have on board.

    Barista is worse when you want to copy just a specific combo piece on the board.

    Barista is better when you want to go for straight up value seeing as it copies a lot more than just a single minion.

    The cards have different purposes. So the comparison is really not there to begin with.

    Yes, if you use this after your beast already attacked it will force a second attack. However, if you do it the other way around your beast will not be able to attack.

    Okay so play dead costs 1.

    Feign Death which was trigger all deathrattles on your side of field costs 2.

    So Rogues get trigger one deathrattle twice for 5 mana?

    The only reason why this isn't cheaper (and it should be 3 or 4 mana at most) is the existence of prep.

    I mean, I'm certain that all your healing is doubled with this. So Holy Light would be 2 mana heal 12. But healing is such a contentious control mechanic in HS because there is no overheal so having an early minion that heals you up is pretty bad because that's when you haven't taken any damage. And I don't think there is going to be a Paladin archetype which is going to be very big on using healing. So this falls on the category interesting effect but the support is completely lacking.

    This is a very good control Warrior 1 drop. 1/3 stats are great and at worst it gives 2 armor. Would a 1 mana 1/3 gain 2 armor see play? Since plated beetle saw play I'd say definitely. Even more because this has the upside of gaining even more armor and the mech tag (so it can charage with Dr.Boom Mad Genius and can be magnetized for more armor gain.) plus synergy with warrior's whirlwind effects.

    The problem with Tess, as compared to Yogg and Shudderwock, is that you first have to play cards that generate the cards you want her to play. That means you have to play two cards and spend mana on two occassions for Tess to do what she does. For Yogg you simply had to play the spells you already had in your deck anyway and Shudderwock simply copies the Battlecries that you play.

    Yeah but you aren't considering that cruncher destroys the totem so you are losing out on 2 stats and some small benefit most of the time.

    So it's actually 6 mana 5/7(+upside) or 6/6 vs. 6 mana 4/3 (losing upside) or 3/4

    The cruncher is absolute garbage. Even if you don't have any totem on board and using your hero power T6 and then play this you paid 6 mana for a yeti with taunt. You don't want to pay 6 mana for a yeti that has only taunt, it needs to do something REAAAALLY good for it to be worth it.
