In your opinion, what are the overrated and underrated cards from Rise of Shadows?

Unleash the Beast
Shadowy Figure has a TON of potential just simply based on the fact that it is a 2-mana minion that can copy Da Undatakah and produce insane value. We are one or two good deathrattles away from this being a brutal finisher.
Compare Shadowy Figure to Mirage Caller. Mirage caller already creates +1/+1 more in stats than Shadowy Figure (not that the stats matter much for a card like this), and was not restricted to summoning copies of deathrattle minions. It still didn't see much play so I don't think shadow figure will be any different.
Personally, I think Vereesa Windrunner is underrated. She's not the strongest card, but she definitely has some wacky potential with Rapid Fire .
For overrated cards, I’d put the new Togwaggle honestly. I don’t really see how this card is all THAT broken.
For underrated, I would put most of the new Thief Rogue cards, the deck is looking pretty strong rn if there is not much aggro in the meta.

mana cyclone - always good after casting at least 1 spell, mostly because mage spells give value over value
tog scheme - it seems that someone did not play pogo rogue
archivist - anti fatigue / remove all bomb in your deck in a sweep avoiding all those explosions
shadowy figure - it requires a bit of setup, but a copy of a deathrattle is always good, also on a small body so it's easier to trigger
spellbook binder - 2 mana good 3/2 stats with the possible draw if you have spell damage? deam that's good
unleash the beast - ZUJINN mah boi, also adding an unleash the beast to your hand, because when it casts the unleash the beast with twinspell, twinspell triggers, this gives ZUJINN even more control on the board

Mana Cyclone, maybe, i think people forgets that not all mage spells are good on tempo mage, just 5 or 6 of the entire poll
Togwaggle's Scheme, really?, most of the people who thinks this will be a nigthmare are wild players, and i think i have to agree with them, cause fatigue rogue could be actually a realle good deck
Archivist Elysiana, i didn't see the threahd of this card, but i think it's mostly a valeu card por slow matches, other ways not a big deal

Shadowy Figure, it was underrated before we saw Convincing Infiltrator, that makes it better, but thats the point, stand alone it's a weak card, and will get stronger just when really good deathrattles comes into the game
Spellbook Binder Draw is important, but this is a really situational draw unless you have a spell damage deck (id that archtype rises, well i'll take the "i told ya")
Unleash the Beast i'm with you in this one, i don't know, i think people just have in mind the 5 mana 12/12 or flanking strike when thinks in playable spells for hunter
For me people overreacted to Catrina Muerte i know in wild this can be a horror, but in standar isn't the same, even less after see the summon garbage for your opponent stuff
Schemes I really don't like, none of them, in some dream scenarios can do something but in most games will be dead draws, I agree on this one.
I don't think people is overrating Elysiana, the majority understand what she is very well, a value anti-fatigue card for control vs control matchs, a neutral with the effect only priest have until now.
Mana Cyclone is another history, people think this card is good because really is, especially when a lot of crap spells are rotating, it is very good and will see a lot of play if mage get a least 1 playable tempo deck.
Just gonna name underrated cards, because apart from Hecklebot I can't find any other card that is overrated.

Do people think Hench-Clan Hogsteed is bad? I have put that card in about 50% of all my theorycrafts at least.
Spellbook Binder is underrated for sure. That card will see play before it rotates out, although maybe not right away,
Dimensional Ripper might be underrated. People think you can only run it in a deck with high cost minions, but double Witchwood Grizzly is already fine. As is leeroy jenkins. Also good for weird combo's:
I'll only say that Muckmorpher is underrated. AlsoEccentric Scribe seems a lot underrated, considering the amount of stats it has for only 6 mana and all the tokens he generates.

Most people think it is just "Playable" here and on Hearthstone Top Decks it has only 3.0 out of 5.0 rating. Card is very underrated, reminds me of Argent Horserider.
Except for one mana cheaper you are left with a 1/1 instead of a 2/1 and both halves have a relevant minion type. Seems a whole lot better to me. But it can't go face.
Overrated :
Mysterious Blade : a situational FWA isn't big deal imo
Vereesa Windrunner : spell damage always dangerous but not in hunter,especially at turn 8+
Daring Escape : i dont see anything rogue can combo with this card (beside the pogo hopper),you need a wide board (2 or more minions) to get value otherwise shadowstep always better
Underrated :
Unleash the Beast : because of Zuljin. After rotation hunter need something can summon minion to refill the board with Zuljin and this card is excellent
Faceless Rager : even at a 5/2 it already decent,also fit the curve with Upgradeable Framebot
Desperate Measures : we need to see twinspell in real work but i feel combine 2 cards into 1 always good enough to see play
FWIW - I think I've said in a number of places that Hogsteed might be the best card in the set.
I will explain to you how it is so good. The card is in a class where 3 mana spells can be cheated out pretty easily. Second the spells that you choose are crazy especially if you are talking about zereks crown the fact that on turn 7 you can play a 5/6 and two legendaries just shows how crazy this card is. Third lackeys are pretty damn good in rogue because they are just one mana that can generate tempo or activate combos. Fourth the treasure from toggwagle can be replayed by Tess greymane just like she could cast lich king cards, and that my boy is why togg is just such a good card.
tog is probably the most broken card in the game on it's own, if you have a lacky. 3 mana draw 3 cards that cost zero is busted. you can run spirit of the shark and miscreant since lackys are insane with shark because they are cheap

-edit. Best joke of the season! But okay honestly your so far from being right. And therr are so many many many better cards. First of all hench clan hogsteed can only be played in a few situations for only a few classes.. when behind on board vs a ressurect priest on turn 14 do you want to draw this card...No right? Just because a card has some kind of value or effect doesnt mean its good. Speaking of value this is just a 3/2 2 mana minion....

Hench-clan Hogsteed is going to be terrible. Hecklebot is certainly underrated, he easily replaces Tar creeper as an anti aggro card, and it will rarely end up poorly for you given the small health pool of aggro cards. Also Highmane is only really played for the beast synergy, Eccentric scribe has no synergy so it will probably only be a good arena card.
