Blackseed, Blackseed, what we gonna do?

Transform effects like that are normally very Shaman-exclusive, but I wanted to give everyone access to this sort of clown fiesta.

Kingsbane is the only card which currently mentions "enchantments", plus this card has great synergy in a Kingsbane Rogue deck.

Also please note that I've made this card a few days ago before the competition started but haven't published it anywhere yet. I hope this isn't a disqualifying factor.

Summon : Humanity is in peril.
    Attack: Inhuman beast!
Flavor text: Lord Garithos is the kind of grumpy old man who screams "Get of my lawn!" to any non-human he sees.

Explanation: Garithos (from the Wacraft III: Frozen Throne expansion) in his racist ways is not a fan of non-humans. Though due to the lack of classic race tribes in Hearthstone, I had to work around that. Because of that he only keeps his Taunt /will to protect others if either 1) you control no other minions 2) you control a single minion, or 3) if you control 2 or more minions and they all have the same card name. If you control multiple different minions, Garithos loses Taunt .

Summon : "Are you satisfied with your protection?"
    Attack: "No parking!"
Death: "Error: Can't div *explosion sound*"

Who knew Nigerian protective spirits could serve as good inspiration for giant robots?

The effect is inspired by the "Fortify" and "Protective Barrier" abilities Orisa has in Overwatch, which she uses to decrease damage dealt to her and to stop enemy projectiles. This way she's quite the capable taunt .

Yo ho, yo ho, a pirate's life NOT for HIM!

I thought of this immediately when I read the challenge and you gotta find ways to make new one-drops.

A new Power Chord based on the ETC song of the same name, which was written to celebrate the addition of Death Knights to WoW. Pretty good AoE for the cost, and very Death Knight-y in terms of aesthetic.

"Hey, hey! ICE of you to drop by."

It's a simple tempo card for Shamans, which also has a similar flavor to their Overload mechanic without being Overload.

posted a message on Hearthstone Update for February Contains New Events, Possible Balance Changes

Here are some cards which I think will likely see balance changes:

    - Corridor Creeper: too omnipresent, and being a very good epic it's not fun for F2P players. Increasing its cost or lowering its health to 4 would be a good start without getting rid of the "let's have a huge worm suddenly crawl around the corner" aesthetic the card has

    - Southsea Captain: Patches will soon leave us, but this guy won't and he limits the design space of Pirates by being too oppressive. Let's at least take away his health aura, and he's way less annoying.

    - Bonemare: A very powerful neutral common, it just needs some minor weakening to be less extreme. By lowering its buff to just give +3/+3 it's at best a 7 mana 8/8 rather than a 9/9

    - Spellbreaker: the best Silence card in the game and I've been saying this ever since the war on Silence. He's just one mana more expensive than Ironbeak Owl and has +2/+2 stats. Either weaken him by -1/-1 or making it a 5 mana card would fix this.

    - Cobalt Scalebane: yes, it's a good dragon, but it's too good. The decent statline and the strong buff it gives out make it a mainstay in so many decks. I love dragon decks too much to weaken him by much, but I'd recommend lowering the attack buff from +3 to +2 just to be sure.

    - Jade Idol: Reduce the number of Idols it can shuffle into your deck from 3 to 2. Makes it easier to mill the deck and thus it'll be less capable at fatigue matches. Alternatively bump up the cost to 2 mana for those two months it'll still be in rotation after the February update hits, it'd REALLY shake up the meta that way and prevent Jade Druid to become a mainstay in Wild
