Thanks to @linkblade91 for the idea of making this a Rogue card. Why should Priest get all the fun Dragon cards? As Hunter demonstrated in The Witchwood expansion, you don't have to be Priest, or Warrior, or, to a stalled out extent, Paladin to get some fun Dragon tools. Thematically, Rogue makes for a good, sneaky, "ha ha ha, I was the villain all along!" kind of move, plus it plays into an angle of Dragons not fully explored in Hearthstone. More than just phenomenal power and breaths of different damage types, they're also dangerously cunning. "Katrana Prestor"/Onyxia gives us a good example of that in WoW, itself.
But what about Preparation ? The dream, there, is having a minion in play, and then Prep + True to Form on 3, to average into a turn 3 8/8 that can't attack until turn 4, potentially high rolling into Deathwing or Ysera, but also low rolling into Temporus. It still requires you to have a live minion on your side of the board, and sacrifices that minion plus True to Form plus however many cards you spend to expedite the play, which can be a significant investment that could backfire if they have an answer.
I've also heard fan ideas about nerfing Prep to instead make the next 1-4 mana spell cost 0 instead of any spell cost 3 less and frankly yes that should be a thing that happens.

Hereharehere posted a message on Weekly Card Design Competition 8.14 - Discussion ThreadPosted in: Fan CreationsHi Iser:
I think 2/3 is at least balanced given defender of argos, saronite, Dark Iron etc on 4. But I'm wondering if it's an upgrade on any of these, or even kings? The mech requirement will always, at some point, be a drawback. So, if I had the option when deck building, I think I'd prefer to be safe and go for one of the above.

So... Icicle is officially the replacement for Ice Block but in terms of functionality is the Ice Lance replacement... And in terms of effect it's a mediocre early game control tool.
Tome of Intellect is Babbling Book without the body. Plus it can give you itself...
Call of the Void is kinda nice since it can give you some really cool and/or good Demons to play with (hello, Illidan Stormrage!), but it's too inconsistent in terms of effect.
Pilfer is half a Burgle for 1/3rd of the cost.
EDIT: *insert witty comparison to Swashburglar and Hallucination here after being reminded by vNihilism*
Not a very creative bunch but they fit the core aesthetics of their respective classes and they all have nice art. So I'm not complaining about that reveal.
The one thing that does bug me is the "Tournament Mode" put on hold thing. People have been waiting for it for years now and we'll be lucky if we get it next year considering this blue post :/

Going dormant is the new Stealth .
Based on how we've seen going dormant works, Shal will return to being a 3/6 once he is re-awakened.

Her name is Celestine and she wants you to compliment her eye of the storm.
Hurricane Elemental is intended as a bit of Druid AoE first and foremost, being very comparable to Corrupted Seer . The card draw aspect is supposed to be reminiscent of hurricanes drawing objects into themselves. The symmetrical nature of both effects also mirrors the nature of hurricanes.
