Works great with Vivid Nightmare and Holy Water. Plus you can also revive it.

Kraetor posted a message on Netdecking in CasualPosted in: General DiscussionI know this is an unpopular opinion, but I don't think netdecks belong ANYWHERE. Ranked or Casual. The fun in card games is putting together your own decks and coming up with formulas, and MAYBE sharing them with a few people, friends and such. But I HATE getting thwomped over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over by the SAME EXACT DECK.
Now, that being said, if people legitimately figured out meta decks based off of other peoples decks, I'd be fine with that. But I know that these people aren't homebrewing their decks, they're going to sites like this one and such and searching for "TOP 500 LEGEND SPITEFUL PRIEST 99% WIN RATE" decks instead of developing their own strategy.
And I'm not accusing everyone of netdecking, but people who do are netdecking aren't playing the game. They don't take time to learn how to build decks, they just copy someone else's formula. Where's the fun in that? I mean, I get the satisfaction of winning over and over again, but wouldn't the satisfaction be better if you won with your OWN deck?
tl;dr I hate netdecking, and people who netdeck aren't playing the game how it should be played.
*Yes, this is partially salt over Cubelock/Spiteful priest, but it's also a gripe I have with many games where people can just copy a boring meta that is unbeatable.

Xrazoc posted a message on New Hunter Card Reveal - Dire FrenzyPosted in: NewsVery good to use with Rush or Charge Beasts. or even taunt beasts if that's what you need.
Hunting Mastiff is probably going to be the most used with Dire Frenzy, cause I mean, who doesn't want 10 mana 25/20 on the board? and also have extra back ups for even more
now you need to draw them...
Man I wanna try some control hunter decks now, with these new cards

49 packs.
Two legendaries.
Worst mass-unpacking ever.
1
Aggro without a doubt. Far too brainless and uninteractive to be considered legal

Why would you ever play this?

Oh my God... Is my Lakkari Sacrifice finally going to be useful? Please! I even crafted Clutchmother Zavas when I opened that quest! You owe it to me, Blizz!

I really like the flavor behind Loas, spirits and champions, but the Loa cards revealed until now are booooooooooooooooring, really. How 'bout a crazy effect that legendary cards should have, like Rin, the First Disciple or Mecha'thun?

Aviana nerf is bad. Killing almost all the combo decks is NOT the correct way to deal with the massive shitstorm created by Juicy Psychmelon. I hope Blizzard will figure this out.

I don't think that increasing the Juicy cost would change anything, mainly because of the high ramp potential of Druid. The aim of Astral Druid is to reach 10 mana way before its tenth turn, so paying 2 more mana for that wouldn't really matter. I think that the thing that needs to change is the effect of the card itself.

I think that Blizzard should focus the nerfs on auto-pilot ultra performant decks, like Heal Zoolock, Even Shaman and Astral Druid or totally luck driven decks, like Big Priest. Wild ladder is actually 95% ultra powerful aggro and Astral Druids, it's so boring. By nerfing those deck, they should also take in consideration hitting more the neutral cards, in order to preserve class identity (talking about cards like Fungalmancer and Prince Keleseth). And obviously the infamous Juicy Psychmelon.

Is the Psychmelon in the frontpage a casuality? lol
