This actually looks really good when your playing a burgle oriented deck, especially in wild. Is able to be buffed with Deadly Poison, and (in wild) Tinker's Sharpsword Oil. looks like a fun and strong card for rogue. 

Kingsbane will still reign supreme in those type of decks though, there is so much more value in playing Kingsbane over Spectral Cutlass.

When you think about it the released legendary weapons aren't that overpowered. 

If you consider the mage weapon Aluneth which draws you 3 cards, you would begin to have issues with your hand size which could lead you to burning a combo piece if you hand is already full. It would draw you to the late game faster and would bring you to fatigue faster than you opponent would. 

And if you take a look a priest's legendary weapon Dragon Soul, they have to spend mana to summon the 5/5 so the average manfaa spent would be about 4-6 mana on spells, even then it's highly unlikely that they would be willing to commit many spells just to summon 5/5's. The only thing that gives you enough spells to continue summoning 5/5's is Lyra, and although it is a great card, it doesn't see much play lately due to the 'RazaKus' archetype popularity. 

I don't think Harrison Jones is an auto-include unless you are playing decks with a lack of card draw such as aggro decks, control decks may only run glutinous ooze since they would have their hand almost full most of the game

WoTOG rotates out with the first expansion of next year. N'Zoth is a card that fits in about really any deathrattle decks, it's versatile and gives you board presence immediately. It's a safe craft it you play lots of Deathrattle decks. 

In standard it's only really used in Hunter and control paladin decks, however in wild format it is played I a large variety of classes. 

It really depends on what type of deck you like to play, a fast game that wins before turn 6 or a slow late game that wins after the 15 turn.

The only reason you would put Reno Jackson in this deck is to catch up your heal if you are in the fatigue phase or just really low on health. By the time you start Miling you should have almost no cards in you deck left.

If you have been playing since beta, then surely you remember the undertaker Hunter meta. That deck was so broken before then herded it. 

It should pull minions with equal attack, it always pulled Jeweled Macaw and Alleycat before i took them out.

Ive found through testing my Meat Wagon Hunter Deck that it always pulls the lowest attack minion that you have in your deck, so it would always pull the Devilsaur Egg and Nerubian Egg unless you have already drawn them then it will pull minions with equal attack unless you buff it.

I would replace Prince Malchezaar with Spiritsinger Umbra as it synergizes with the deathrattles and gets your closer to your goal by thinning out your opponents deck more quickly. Prince Malchezaar is not needed in any version of mill deck, the 5 extra cards he gives you messes with your draws and and often lead to having dead cards in your hand.  i would also go for the normal N'Zoth/Mill deck and add Reno Jackson in even though it has duplicates, it is more consistent. trust me i have tried to make a Reno Jackson Mill Deck with no dupes, it doesnt work well. 

However, if you don't have Spiritsinger Umbra , then Betrayal or Azure Drake are good choices also.

How about Meat Wagon to pull Devilsaur Egg and Nerubian Egg. Undertaker, Zealous Initiate or a 1/1 body on the board with Grimestreet Informant is also good to get. i also agree with Drakara about sylvanas or highmane

It wouldn't be that far away, otherwise blizzard won't have started revealing half of the cards. Also blizzard said that we are getting the Rest of the Death Knight Hero sometime this week, which I presume would be part of a card dump live stream. They normally release the expansion 3-5 days after the stream so I doubt that that is the actual release date

It's not impossible, it's actually easy. If you run a nzoth mill like me than you will be able to outlast the jades because you cast 1 gangup on coldlight for card draw and the other on nzoth to honour trump and build the great wall
