Only if mechs will be good next meta, than this will definitely be played in every single mech-synergy-based deck (except if deck is even, but I don't see any good even mechs or mech synergies so far)
In Standard, it can see play in Even Shaman, maybe Elemental Shaman becomes viable and maybe there will be a new Aggro Shaman if we get more cards like this, even if I'm not entirely sure about the possibility of such a thing happening.
When I was reading reviews about the recently revealed Stargazer Luna, I saw a lot of people talking about some interaction with some cards like those that have Echo, and if they produce a draw engine based on the fact that echo cards are always at the right-side of the hand (or not).
So, since many people are not sure about this interaction, and in the name of Hearthstone Science, I decide to make experiment "3-Card and Draw Order" in which I try to draw a card by playing a spell that adds another card to the hand (or has echo, it's the same), and analyzing the order of the two (or more) right-most cards in the hand.
In order to simulate such an effect, I used a combination of 1xWild Pyromancer, 1xAcolyte of Pain, and 1xspell that cycles itself by adding a card to the hand.
Of course Stargazer Luna draws after playing the card, and I used Wild Pyromancer because his effects happens after casting a spell, which, when combined with "draw a card" effect (Acolyte of Pain), becomes something super close to the draw we get with the future card.
After playing the Flame Geyser, the elemental was added to my hand, then Wild Pyromancer triggers and Acolyte of Pain draws a card, putting it at the right-most side of my hand. So, if I had Luna in play, I couldn't play the flame elemental in order to draw a card.
Same with echo cards, the echo copy of Cheap Shot is not the right-most card in my hand, so if somehow I had a cheap echo card and Luna in play, I wouldn't be able to spam echo cards if I wanted to refill my hand.
What we have learned from Experiment 3-CDO :Stargazer Luna doesn't allow to draw multiple cards by generating more cards, but it is possible to set up one draw by discovering a card and playing it right away.
Note that echo cards work as well since echoed cards are always at the right-most side of your hand and it happens in this order : Spell is cast, Luna draws a card, then echoed spell returns to the hand at the right-most side
Incoming: Mage's legendary spell is a cheap Echo card.

I don't know what happened, saw a lot of people talking about cheap spells and then unconsciously wrote spell instead of card. Guess I should take some rest or something
I consider this too good in quest mage (if it's going to work this time, that is) because with the ability to generate non-deck cards (which happen to be your right-most side card as well) you can make more draw and thus gather the combo cards faster.
Note that echo cards work as well since echoed cards are always at the right-most side of your hand and it happens in this order : Spell is cast, Luna draws a card, then echoed spell returns to the hand at the right-most side
I know that I have better luck than most of you here, but do I have the right to complain about being punished for mulliganing for a 1-drop and a good 3-drop against a warlock ?
In a void, it's too bad because of high cost. But since it's an epic, I expect some synergy cards for Rogue to be printed along this one. WANTED can support miracle or deathrattle archetypes in some way.
But if Greymane Rogue will ever be viable, I suppose this will be an auto-include.

Must-have for Shaman in Arena.

So here's what happened with my experiment :
Test 01 : Wild Pyromancer + Acolyte of Pain + Flame Geyser
View Fig.1 (in Attachements)
Result : View Fig.2
After playing the Flame Geyser, the elemental was added to my hand, then Wild Pyromancer triggers and Acolyte of Pain draws a card, putting it at the right-most side of my hand. So, if I had Luna in play, I couldn't play the flame elemental in order to draw a card.
Test 02 : Wild Pyromancer + Acolyte of Pain + Cheap Shot

Top 3 uses for this card (some of these are rarely-occurring really perfect scenarios) :
3) Hunter deals 4 or 8 damage to face each turn (6 or 12 with Baku)
2)Bloodreaver Gul'Dangerous deals 6 damage and heals for 12, or deals 12 damage and restores full health
1) Warrior with random 16 or 32 damage hero power that hits face because RNG

If a combo druid becomes something in standard, I might consider including this in such a deck.
Other than that, it's total trash.
