Lower ranks are a lot tougher than 3 years ago, to be honest I think everyrank is harder than it was years ago. I think a big part of why lower ranks are harder is because of the rising popularity of streamer and website such as hearthpwn where newbies can get info on how and what to play. I remember when I started just after Black rock launched I tried to make my own stuff for a 2 months and was stuck at rank 19, after that I watched a few youtube videos and got some deck ideas from online and I hit rank 10 almost immediately after that.
I do not think that Lyra the Sunshard fits in this deck. I think if you were to include it, you would make to make the deck quite a lot different and include more cheap spells and Wild Pyromancer. So no, not in this deck.
Thanks for the kind words, I am happy that you are having a good time playing the deck. When I uploaded it I didn't think that people would care much, but it was been really well received and I am happy that people are actually playing it. Yea I might update it over time to better fit with the nerfs. Happy holidays.
I don't think there are any real replacements for Shadow Visions and since the card rotates with the next expansion I think you should save your dust and find another deck.
Thanks for your comment. As I've said I don't have the card so the section about it is based on speculation, I find the part about not building a deck around it interesting I've been thinking about what cards should be changed ( if some) if Lady in White were to be included, Twilight Drake should probably be taken out and I really don't think that removing the card would be a good idea.
If you do have to the time to play Lady in White in this deck, I would appreciate it if you were to share your thoughts :)
I am afraid that I can't really tell you if crafting the cards you need will be worth it. However I can tell you that it was worth it for me, I really like playing the deck, I have a lot of fun with it and it is the first time I've hit legend. I don't know what decks you enjoy or how your playstyle is, but the deck is harder to play than odd paladin. Not sure what cards you are missing but I crafted Crowd Roaster for this deck and it'll be in standard for 2 years and it'll probably see play in a lot of different classes over those 2 years.
Happy that you like playing the deck, and that you don't feel like you wasted your dust on crafting the cards needed for this deck. Yea this deck definitely more fun than odd pala. :)
I haven't played in a couple of days because of midterms, but if you are running into a lot of Skulking Geist then yea I think it's a pretty good idea, though I do think Inner Fire is better than Topsy Turvy if you aren't running into Geist.
About the Shadow Ascendant I think you are right and it is something I forgot to add to my playstyle describtion. Early game threats can bait out removal which saves your bigger minions, this is especially true for druid who only run Naturalize, since Lesser Jasper Spellstone doesn't kill your 20/20 minions.
About the Scaleworm switch, I think that you can think of this spot as a tech spot. I've thought myself of putting Mass Hysteria in, because there have been situations in which it could have been great, sometimes I've been able to snag it from Firetree Witchdoctor but yea I definitely think its a valid option.
It's good to see that you are having fun with the deck and that you are having a great win rate at rank 4.
(Btw, don't be sorry to give your opinion. That's what the comment section is for after all and I am happy to hear what people think of the deck that's why I posted it after all)

Hi man,
If it's responsable for more than half of your losses then include it, maybe in the spots of Scaleworm or Cobalt Scalebane

It's actually something I've considered myself. If I were to include Cabal Shadow Priest, I'd probably take out Cobalt Scalebane but in the games I've played Cobalt Scalebane seemed to be better.

If you don't have Ysera then try The Lich King

Hi man,
Glad that you like the deck, the first cards that come to my mind are Lady in White or Mass Hysteria.
Edit: Shadow Madness might prove useful.
