when he sees the jade golems in action. He's already been pretty low-energy to downright pessimistic of this expansion. He even hinted at leaving if it didn't turn out good. Anyone who watches his stream knows he hates deathrattle minions that summon more minions. Oh boy.
meeeh that only works with a perfect starting hand featuring a mInion that rotates in 5 months (Unearthed Raptor), otherwise Golem rogue is still pretty subpar comapred with Golem Druid and the Goon decks we got to see,
however the Kabal is also super underwhelming and that's right Kripp's alley and that's maybe what will cause Kripp to leave the game.
Never heard of him but honestly... How gives a crap? I mean if there is a player that his/her fan base is only HS... they won't make it very long if all they do is complain

Kripp is like the messiah for this game. He'll average around 50-60k viewers on pack opening day, and yes, he complains enough to make Reynad blush.
The expansion is great if can push out of the scene a character like that. What am I saying, what else can he play to get money, mmm let me think.. mmmm still thinking... mmm probably Hearthstone.

Kripp hasn't been all negative on this expansion. With the Grimy goons "buff-in-hand" mechanic and with some of the cards in this set, he was pretty hopefully that the meta will slow down some to require more thoughtful gameplay as opposed to the aggro-curvestone meta right now where you wither play on curve or vomit your hand to the board. I guess we'll find out after December 1st.

Kripp has money coming out the ass now. He's frugal and smart, he's already set for life. What could happen is that he just moves away from hearthstone gradually but really no other card game has the simplicity and polish of hearthstone, which is really what makes it appealing to try and also to watch.
I could design a better game easily, I guarantee it, but it would take hundreds of thousands of dollars to get it to the level of polish that Blizzard has achieved. That's really what you need to do if you want to pull people away from it. Who wants to watch Shadowverse? It's just the most bland anime crap of all time with overly designed GUIs. Yuck.
Haven't seen anything as epic as hearthstone, where they take the time to make even something totally stupid like Voltron really polished and cool so that THE ONE TIME that you make the deck to summon him and it works, it's so badass.
The game just rewards you for making something hard happen even with the art/visual aspect. Hearthstone is just absolutely top notch for that and for their easy to use interface.
Sadly they went too deep with the simplicity and the RNG and they just don't even want to back away from it. They want fast games, low queue times and low skill caps.
I'd jump ship real fast if there was any other game that could compare in polish and give me the experience I had when first playing hearthstone, but so far I haven't seen any such game. A lot of people try to take on hearthstone but just fail by making overly-complicated games that are confusing to watch and seem hard to set up and play.

In short HS is the casual player, mass-appeal, shallow as a puddle game with lot of flashy things but little substance. Flagship; RNG
Shadowverse is the less visually appealing, much more complex and deep game which actually rewards playing ahead and skilled decisions. Flagship: Combo decks

I'm pretty sure 90% of his crowd is Hearthstone fans. He's not going anywhere even if he wants to.
Custom cards :
CLASSES : Alchemist (CCC#5 | Phase V) | Chef (CCC#4)
EXPANSIONS : Year of the Scorpion (Year Comp)
I believe the Jade Golem mechanic will definitely cement this game as Curvestone now.
He earns money with hearthstone without it he is noone.
I hope he leaves.

Damn... so this guy is a bad ass....

I hope he...Oh wait, I don't actually give af.
His opinion matters mostly about arena and he helped us in that way.
He'll just do more arenas if he really hates the meta, no way he'd quit and give up the payday
His Poe item stash is worth 10s of thousands of usd, he'd probably be fine without hearthstone.
He'll play against a fully-functional Jade Druid in arena and get so salty he quits the game. Poor guy.
