Guys I've to confess my problem, before the release of TGT expansion, i was a normal player, i reach rank 4/5 almost all the season. After the release of tgt I'm not able to climb the ladder, i don't know how to play anymore, I usually play midrange deck, after a great loosing streak, i switched to control, but the result was always the same.
I started to play midrange hunter and Warlock, last season reached rank 8 with my own version of control mage, now i play dragon priest, little modded.
I find very stupid play always the same patron, or facehunter deck!
Crap, unfortunately this month ended up being way more busy than anticipated. I only managed a few games and am on rank 15 :( Hopefully I can push a bit in the next week.
15 pages and not one viable deck to climb ladder efficiently.
People keep posting fake decks to keep others from climbing, why can't you all see this?
There's so many streams of people ranking easily with Druid and nobody posts one good Druid deck? This is how I know this is a false information thread that is not helping people.
There are no surprises in druid decks, there are plenty of lists out there which works, this is what I play:
So after a huge winstreak on combo druid from Rank 15 to 9 i now lose vs everything again. 3 x Mechmage with perfect curve, Facehunter and a weird Duplicate Mage who got 0 value out of his secrets but somehow still won (2 x Fireball yaaay). Every aggro retard ignoring the 15 HP boarder vs my Handlock but still wins. R10, 0 stars now.
Hi everybody. This morning i reached rank 5 on EU with the new Facehunter. But after rank 5 most things are different and i lost immediately 3 games in a row. Any suggestions which deck is good for the climb to legend from rank 5 on? Do you think Facehunter is a good idea? Maybe i was unlucky with the match-ups.

Looks solid, standard but solid...whats your thought about swapping one wild growth for harrison? (i heard double darnassus double wild growth is kind of overkill) . Would help vs patron and warr matchup.

I attached my statistics for the season so far. Shaman is the worst matchup followed by tempo/mech mage. Harrison does not help there. The only time I would consider putting in harrison if there are many patrons around. I only met a few so far, so I do not think it is important. I'm rank 7 at the moment and a win away from 6. Getting through rank 8 was a bit bumpy though. Will see what the future holds, unfortunately it is likely that I won't play more this week.
Currently I am doing pretty well with Control Priest. Everyone expects Dragon Priest, but Control Priest kills most of the aggro decks out there, including Secret Pala, Face Hunter, Tempo Mage... even Patron is not a problem. :)
Im using nearly the same Druid deck and it does pretty well and Darnassus Aspirant is my new love :p such a good card for druid if it survives for 1 turn.
It is definitely a great card and she is the reason I picked druid this month. Aggro is forced to trade into it and it improves the face hunter matchup by a mile. Also made the deck a bit more consistent. Druid is still not the best deck, probably never will, but still a solid choice.
Am already at rank 2 4 stars after switching between control warrior and grim patron. I don't really have any reason to continue grinding though
as I have already hit legend last season and I'm
busy with exams. Honestly I think once you hit legend the first time the subsequent times are much easier. I just flew up to rank 2 and I didn't even really keep much track of my rank.
Switching between Face Hunter and Patron Warrior: 1-11 overall today (down from rank 5 5 stars), so I do not know... Not that I give up, but yesterday it was so easy to climb (23-7 up from rank 10) and today is disaster. Though it's my record now, being so high in first 10 days of a season, so I am not complaining actually.
Why do I see so many people get Legend with LameSecretDin ? You just want to play the faceroll or rather cure the ladder and play something fun and engaging.

well, I haven't played with warlock and or hunter this month and I have not seen them at all on the ladder either. I guess handlock is still good and midrange hunter as well. No clue why they have dissappeared, but as far as I know, they are still good to ladder with
I can tell you that handlock is not doing real well in this very aggressive meta, that is why it is virtually a no-show.
I dissagree. I'm at rank 7 and most decks I face are Dragon Priest, Secrets Paladin and Patron Warrior. HandLock is good against all of those. Also I haven't faced a single Face-Hunter all day (about 40 games).
Maybe the meta is quite different over in EU from here in NA.
Been taking it slow and hit rank 5 today with combo druid, most people seem to be playing dragon priest, handlock, freeze mage and a couple hunters + control warriors. Oh and secret paladins!
How did you managed to get to rank 5 with a 30+% of Secretdins in the meta? It is not a fun question, I tried to rank with druid and found that palading, whether aggro or midrange, were a really nasty match up. Specially the secretdins.
More over, I switched to paladin and have like 73% winrate against Druid (mostly combo in EU).
I'm currently in rank 7, though.
Edited to add - I don't have 73% winrate overall, just mentioned the druid data. (Overall winrate is 62%, best MU rogue 75%, worst MU zoolock 43%).
I´m playing rank 8 eu too and i mostly facing mages and paladins so i guess you are just lucky...sure i get the occational dragon priest and cw to ease my pain but still mostly mages and paladins.

You are not the only one, this season is more difficult. The solution is to join the aggro cancer circus? Surely, or expect a meta change.

Got it yesterday!
Pally has some counters already, since there are a lot of mech mages out there, but you can still do it with it :)
Here's the decklist I've used: http://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/315365-na-legend-1-s17-secret-paladin
