Everyone in this thread playing boring ass aggro paladin. How can so many ppl enjoy such a brainless gameplay. Holy shit. I hope it's worth having no fun at all but getting that legend cardback instead.
No, it is not a brainless gameplay. It is just you mad because your decks are too slow to counter an aggressive early game.

No, not everyone, not me. Also do you expect people not to play the best deck when they want to be legend? You cannot be serious. There is a salty thread where this kind of posts are welcome.

All the flavours of the rainbow and you choose to be salty.
Lemm hit you with some knowledge.
1. Complaining about aggro won't make it go away.
2. Other people have other opinions, some players might enjoy the bashful glee of turbo damage.
3. Winning is fun in of itself for a lot of people.
4. People take the game seriously to the point where hitting legend each month is a goal for them, using the best available ladder deck is obviously a good option.
Pretty sure that Patron is still the best deck around. Blizzard just made climbing the ladder even easier with Secret Paladin than with Facehunter so all the huntards switched to that. I jsut switched to facehunter and won 4 games in a row vs seceretadin noobs but w/e, that's no fun either.

So you tell me that with all these decks just vomiting their hand on the board patron isn't the best deck? Patron is just too hard for secretadin players.

Problem solved.
You can play Patron, destroy all these Secretadins and there's no reason to cry on this thread.
Secret Paladin beats patron more often than not in my opinion.
I also said the best ladder deck. Which paladin is as it always you to ladder quickest atm.
I agree, just trying to get he even more mad about losing to Paladins.
I've been playing a aggro Secret Paladin and i'm not saving data, so i can't confirm my percentage of victories. But i surely remember i won the last 4 on 5 matches against Patron.
The one i lost, guy played it so perfectly around my secrets and saved all the cards he needed to counter my Misterious that i couldn't even complain about the loss.
But, i've lost every single game against Control Warrior.
I want to climb the ladder with Midrange Druid, because the games are pretty fast and I don't have that much time to play since school has started again. One match-up I just never win is against a Tempo Mage? Is it a hard match-up or am I just that bad? I would love to get some tips from someone who is pretty good at the deck
Tempo mage is favoured against Druid, so no worries. If they have the good start, you will have no chance. On the other hand if they start slow, you have the chance to win. I'm 5-3 against mage this month which included 2 wins against freeze mages, the rest were tempo/mech.

Patron is boring and still takes forever. Facehunter at least doesn't take more than 6 turns and still wrecks Secrectadin but loses to Warrior and Dragon Priest. There are enough brainless noobs tho so i guess i go with that.

Thanks for you reply! I sometimes just feel so pulverized with Midrange Druid, because I can't get on the board early and my opponent just snowballs the board. Do you have some tips for me on how to play the deck?
I think druid is a pretty straightforward class to play, you do not need that much to know. Against mage, you obviously need to try to get tempo as early as possible. If you can do that, you will likely to win, but it is easier to said than done.
Yup i faced 6 mages and 7 paladins today rank 8 EU. Doesn´t fit my handlock at all. Lyckily 3 warriors showed up to ease my pain i also faced 3 hunters 4 priests and a warlock.
im noticing a down trend for paladins aswell, not facing as many as before. Mostly druids, mages, warrs and priests atm with the occasional aggro in between.
I never faced that many actually, it is only third on my list and it is tied with warlock. I met more hunters and mages this season.
Played a few matches today with Combo Druid. Haven't ran into any Paladins. Most of my opponents have been Dragon Priests, and just few Tempo Mages and Druids.
Well since im facing mostly paladins and mages (about 60% of my games) i´m considering teching my standard handlock vs them to make my overall winrate higher.
But i could also play a normal patron warrior which has a positive winrate vs atleast the aggro version of paladin and freeze mage and possibly get punished by the dragon priests i will face but statistics say they are fewer. (although i feel as soon as i leave my handlock for another deck im faced vs priest)
Or i could craft the epic dragons(3/6) and go malylock which also has positive winrate vs those decks....oh the choices!!!
Whats the general rule here, tech your normal deck or choose a different deck that has better winrate vs what you mostly face?

Has anyone found a consistent deck? Just tilted today till rank 9, such a huge losing spree shouldve stopped playing hours ago but oh well, gonna try climbing tommorrow again.
Just play braindead secretadin and you are fine. You can bm all the retards who try the new cards all day. Have fun!
I am getting used to secret paladin, slowly learning to get a positive winrate. The main issue is not to remove an avenged minion right away, if not, they will snowball me.
The deck does not seem consistant though, plenty of times, they just empty their hand of shitty secrets into being run over by my CW truck
yeah but i guess your opinion is every aggro deck is easy but what would hearthstone be without it? .. as i already said in a post aggro decks may be easier to learn but still have skillcap.. some have a higher one some a lower.
Yes they are very easy but Secret Paladin is too good compared to how easy it is. With Facehunter you basically lose 90% vs CW or Priest. But with Secretardin every matchup is pretty even and it is just a no brainer to play this deck.
@Mpfranke Same here, propably wont play for a few days after now I dropped from rank 2 back to rank 6. For some odd reason I was facing only super aggressive aggro and secret pally today.

Everyone can agree on that Secret Paladin is way too easy for how good it is. Ofc braindead is not meant literally....
