Handlocks playing coin in round 3 before realizing that they can't play Mountain Giant that way. ;) Doesn't happen very often but is quite funny to see.
Lot's of funny misplays are with Auchenai too. Like the self destruction combo with the Mistress of Pain. It is also quite funny when a new-Priest player kills his own minion instead of healing it.
Also playing Mirror Entity against Freeze mage on purpose is a frequent huge misplay.

Who can take your trash out? Stomp it down for you? Shake the plastic bag and do the twisty thingy, too?
Trying to put Sea Giants for cheap and forget about 7-creature limit.
Warlocks tapping before fatigue.
Northshire Cleric being healed with hero power t2 after in got punched with fatigue druid hero power. (I say "oops" emote after I do it to disguise my real intentions).
I was playing against a mage last night. He played his portal and got Edwin VanCleef, so he played it at the start of his next turn, and then several other small minions afterwards. I was amused, and used vanish. He did the same thing again. I used sap for the heck of it, and he did the same retarded thing a third time. Some people just take all the fun out of winning...
The biggest misplays I've seen recently have been against mage secrets. I've had my Counterspell block a Flamestrike while the opponent still had The Coin(secret came from Mad Scientist). But the most common and obvious misplays happen against Mirror Entity as you can see from their reaction when the secret pops that they didn't expect it.
Priests keep hurting themselves with Auchenai Soulpriest
Last Brawl hunter played Lock and Load as the last card played that turn. There were spells played that turn.
There is a lot of steak here...
opponent's priest has soulpriest out, proceed to shadow madness my mistress of pain and attack me with it.....
this was also the last time i add someone i just play to my friends list....

i think the handlock misplayed i have seen was someone drop an owl on an ancient watcher after it has been taunt up so he can go face.
rag players drop living bomb before using their hero power
My biggest and most common missplay is not rolling spell power totem.
"The light shall burn you!" - heals face.
lol bingo
My battlenet tag isn't actually Penisbong69.

Turn 1 arcane missiles
...
Warlocks tapping when they have 10 cards in hand, or 9 but stay at 10 by the end of the turn.
Priests playing double Northshire Cleric in the late-game against another Priest who hasn't played Circle of Healing and/or Wild Pyromancer.
Patron Warriors missing lethal by playing cards incorrectly or forgetting about the 7 minion board-limit.
That'll do, Huffer. That'll do.

the coin 100% I still see control warrior coining armorsmith in the mirror in legend ffs!
Why would you play Shredder in the middle? I always play it on the edges, so its deathrattle can't interrupt my Flametongue Totem chains.
Patron Combo on a board empty or full of minions with 3 or more attack power.
Patron Combo against decks that have mass removal but haven't played it then

I've just faced a tempo mage with my handlock. I steal his mirror entity, a few turns later he plays sylvanas on it. Just why ?
Also, midrange paladin silencing a taunt after reducing his attack to 1 with Aldor.
I used to be a control player like you, then I took a quick shot to the knee.
