What the hell is going on? The bot can be playing any class but the deck is the same and they don't even instantly end their turn after completing their moves. All of them have their names as "adhgasdig" as well
If not, then it is possible that your internal mmr is zero, and the matchmaker cannot find a suitsble opponent.
I'm an active player. I just use casual to complete quests when I don't feel like going on ladder. These bots were reportable as well so they weren't blizzard bots.
Then it's very weird, mostly about how those bots could possibly be in real people mmr with a deck that obviously would lose every match.
Maybe they cue simultaneously and play eachother, pushing their winrate close to 50%. That would also explain why you met a lot of them in a short time period.

If it was a Blizzard Bot the name wouldn’t be gibberish. It’d be HappyFeet, or LongPants, etc.
Likely someone with a new account, botting a basic deck in Casual to beef up their classes and get all of Core unlocked. Maybe even to sell the account after doing a lot of the grunt work to get a collection started.
What's up with Blizzard bots though? Why do they exist? And what kind of decks do they run usually?
Blizzard bots exit to fill the queue in either very low mmr or unpopular gamemodes - I didn't see any in twist so far, but casual was filled with bots. They play basic ladder decks. As far as I'm concerned, it's usually different variations of Death Knight with mostly core cards.
It's also noteworthy, that there are significantly more bots on American servers, which I don't know the reason for.
Casual serves no purpose anymore and should be cut. You’ll find the same deck as in standard (the opposite of casual decks) and it’s infested with dk bots (regardless of your mdr). Just put it out of its misery like classic and mercenary modes. It’s sad to witness.
After a few days of testing, it seems like this is a problem with the classes you choose or perhaps if you have them at low levels. When I posted this I was playing DK daily to complete my quests which I have at a low level relative to my other classes (minus Demon Hunter) but now I've been playing Druid and I haven't faced a single bot yet. It's not even a difference of, oh I played dk one day and got bots but not with druid the other day, no I literally faced 5 bots in a row with DK and switched to Druid where I stopped getting bots. Going against these bots definitely made life easier for me as DK, since they were an easy match up but it was boring as hell and it's certainly not something Blizzard should be doing or encouraging.

Have you played casual recently?
