With 60 cards but only 2 copies of each you will have to put a lot of garbage in the deck to build one. This will counter quite a bit the potential 'brokenness' of the double draw and double mana ramp per turn
Why? The game is designed and balanced around having 1-cost cards and getting 1 crystal per turn. No 1-drops will be played as 2-drops are just better, and all decks would essentially be Even decks.
Basically same game but 60 cards in the deck , start with 2 mana, 2 mana gain per turn, max of 20 mana, 2 cards draw per turn.
- Would you guys play that if it existed?
- Do you think it would be practically possible?
You would get so many busted combos. Think just like turn 4 wins in duels. In fact why not just play duels?
Make it at least 50 health or games will last 3 minutes
Yes that would indeed be better :p
I stayed with 2 copies per card per deck instead 4 so in that regard the combo potential should at least be a little limited.
Lol I just noticed the card Invigorating Sermon alone could break the mode already so I guess it's best this thing never sees daylight.
What an amazing Immelmann.

It would be cool as a tavern brawl, though.
