It would be if it just didn't let you keep all the generated cards. It should give you back your exact hand, period. But I guess that would apply to non aggro decks only. For aggro decks it's just basically "pay one mana, get five cards" which is total non-sense.
There's neutral board clear options old and new that trash stealth rogue. Wild Pyromancer and twisted tutor for example. Those are both are effective vs stealth rogue and murloc paladin.
It is a good deck but can't get close to pirate warrior in Standard times, the deck are so opressive back then the aggro player in that time can deal with a COINED DOOMSAYER, only deck you can compare this insane speed is old token druid with prenerf Innervate.
They take an eternity to finally nerf Patches BS, what is a shame.
Stealth rogue has around 57% win rate like now, far below the top tiers decks. Libram Pala: 64%/68% win rate. Guardian Druid: 55%/60% win rate. Aggro Demon Hunter: around 60% win/rate. Highlander Hunter: around 60% win rate. No minion mage: around 58% win/rate
