In my experience it's been this way before, but not sure if they've changed anything since last expansion(s).
Also, as I have an arena run at 11-1, I'm not sure if I should wait for a refunded arena ticket(if there even is one) or just go for the 12 wins. Anyone know what's more profitable on avarage?
It is probably much profitable when your arena deck sucks and you get a free ticket for it. So, I would advice you to continue your run. And yes there will be a free ticket.
11-1? Are you nuts?! Finish that run! Like the other guy said, letting your run get refunded is best when you have 2 losses and an average/cruddy run going. I'd say if you hit 6-2, just keep going and just start a new run before the rotation. If you're at 2 losses before you get to 5 wins, let them "refund" it and get your free ticket.
