(Plus an extra £1 or so for currency translation, give or take)
Of course, whether you choose to prepurchase or not is entirely up to you (and I'm not saying you should or shouldn't). But if you do shop, shop smart! ;-)
But also dont forget, there could still be a Hard Brexit, and suddenly the Pound will lose much value anyway. The real smart decision is to wait two weeks.

If the pound falls in value, you will lose out. Since the dollar will get stronger - so getting a good deal will no longer be an option. All the more reason to act sooner than later - of course, you're better off not worrying about Brexit anyway; look what happened last time: doomsayers said the economy would crash... and we ended up with one of the strongest economies we have had in the last hundred years or so... Swings and roundabouts...
It's the cost to selling it in your market and money exchange. When America sells to the EU, it has to sell with the EU laws which can be costly so they will pass those costs to you. Taxes and regulations. Blizzard ofc will take advantage of this.
So if someone buys from Europe the bundle in US.battlenet, then he will save about 10 dollars from the big bundle's purchase right now. However is there any "penalty/cost" on this conversion? Has anyone done this before so he can tell me? (from Europe, buy from us battlenet shop, for EU region)
I would assume the cost of the conversion for EU is similar to that of UK. I don't know the exact conversion amounts, but its usually about £1 (from experience).
also you have to add taxes which I have no idea how are gonna be calculated, it's common for USD prices to not include tax due to tax being different in different states,
the price in pounds or euros is the final price you're gonna pay

Well, I bought the small bundle, in dollars (which is advertised as £44.99). I paid £37.85 (as per my statement)
... that it will save you money to pre-order from the US site, rather than the UK:
https://us.shop.battle.net/en-us/product/hearthstone-rise-of-shadows?p=48030
Currently, The UK version is scamazing us for £69.99 for the full pre-order.
However, the US one is only $79.99
Currently (according to Google's monetary translation), this is the equivalent of only ~£60

"If I don't buy anything, the discount is higher"
Julius.
I always buy from the us store, it's cheaper than in my local currency even with the conversion.
