All hs is now is the fucking gutter of 60 iq faggots who think they are good at games. How the fuck has it gotten this bad. How is this possible? What’s that you haven’t logged in in a few days? That’s ok we remember you left on a win streak and you see we have this thing called goal of 50 percent win rate so you have to start losing to people who are spoon fed the perfect cards one way or another. You see they pay money for there cards and for there rng. And you can see by his hero skin he’s a good boy and he used real money! Just turn the game off people. Tell Bli$$ard fix your game or die. It’s unplayable in every single stupid mode. Top deck, discover, coin flip, 1/7 snipe, high roll thats all it fucking is! Shut the fucking game off. Uninstall and let this hot pile of garbage die.

I see more and more people complaining about this and I noticed that in the past year my winrate came much closer to 50% winrate since I started the game. Even when I was a noob my winrate wasn't this bad. How the hell can I have 25-30% winrate and not be able to reach legend with 2x stars bonus from D5? That happened 2 seasons ago I think. I managed to finally get there after investing again the same amount of time as getting to D5 with less than 30% winrate because that's all it's about nowadays: invest time, discard your real life, discard your time for everything else and become a Hearthstone Grandmaster YAAY! Because their hard-coded algorithms will always be like "You've got 3 chances to reach D5 before you have to get 2 wins instead of one? Well guess what bro, you're gonna lose 3 in a row"
Make no mistake, if you have a Questline in your deck, YOU are what's wrong with Hearthstone.
I had a dude emoting at me while playing Questline Hunter in Wild. Imagine being that fucking thick.
Playing whatever you want is never an issue. People are allowed to play whatever it's fun to them. I played mainly quest dh the past few days which is either stupidly broken or dies in shame.
The issue with Hearthstone is mostly Blizzard's fault for using addiction manipulation to incentivize people to pay and pay and pay while giving them a miserable experience. Compare Hearthstone to a few years ago. The more time passes, the more I feel we get further and further away from any skill or strategy.
Players are only guilty of being asses when they win but autosquelch button it's still not an option. Because you're meant to have a miserable experience, because you're meant to play more, not less.
I used to love hearthstone for those long 20-turn clownfiesta games. No other card game had that kind of experience. I don't play wild but I still hold on to cards like Benidictus, Grand Archivists, Yogg-saron etc. for sentimental reasons. I'm f2p so I spent the darkmoon faire expansion grinding to get all 4 of the old gods... And now it's impossible to play any of them.
Fuck questlines.
Granted, as a f2p player, I can respect how they allow new/f2p players to make strong decks without having to craft a bunch of legendaries. I can respect that even though I love control decks, other people want to play combo-type decks. I even recognize that, not only are there counters to questline decks, but many of the highest winrate decks don't run questlines.
In spite of all this though, I hate questlines more than anything else in this game. There exist a fair number of strong control cards to potentially counter those Tier 1 aggro decks, but it's nearly impossible to beat questline decks with control.
To emphasize my point, Questline Shaman is the closest deck in the current meta (with a reasonable winrate) to Control and it dominates most aggro decks.
According to HSReplay, it has 60%+ winrate against everything except mage and warlock, against which it has 37% and 43% winrate respectively.
Tbf, it's only really a "control" deck because of the current meta. Against aggro, it can heal and clear small minions. Against slower decks, it's goal is still to remove everything the opponent puts down until the quest is complete and then use the quest reward to deal a million damage, which is roughly the same gameplan as quest mage/warlock.
says something about beta males that they eagerly look to play the cheapest mindless decks possible but cry like little girls when they take 6 damage from minions

I don't understand what this is supposed to mean. Who is this about?
Ugh, seriously considering insta-conceding every battlegrounds match with demons. A lot of games are basically "who can get 1-3 Doomsayers first then roll well with them".
Leapfrogger is annoying as hell too, being one of the core cards of a potential winning build yet available at turn 2, but Doomsayer feels way more oppressive. At worst, it's usually a better Naga chick (the one that used to give 1 gold on deathrattle) - as it's 1 gold that's also a minion if need be. At best, it's multiple gold or multiple useful minions as a tier 3 unit.
They're going to nerf it eventually, but I wish they'd hurry up with it. Honestly, I enjoyed BGs way more before the patch, where if you chose to go hard into midrange you often struggled to win, as winning comps usually relied on tier 5 cards as a core. Now a few of the better builds start at tier 2/3/4, allowing for players to sit on tier 3 or 4 for ages and just trying to outroll the other people doing the same.
Edit: alright, new strategy for games with demons: go to 3 as normal, spend up to 2 turns trying to get a Doomsayer. If you get it, great; if not, condede, unless you have the makings of one of the other builds that has a chance to win (beasts, dragons primarily). Also, I think what annoys me most about this game mode is the timer being so rigid (and no 'skip animations' option outside of DIY methods). Certain pirate builds would basically be guaranteed a win without a timer - but the timer means you have to get lucky enough to get the right cards in your turns, despite basically infinite money.
Edit 2: man, fuck this lucksack game mode. At least pre-patch there was some skill involved in knowing how to go for a winning build yet maintaining survival. Now the decision tree has been pruned significantly; basically every good build starts from getting a good/god roll in the mid game. Don't roll well? Sucks to be you! Just lost my final round to a Ysera. 2 goldens from a currently meh tribe for me (Quillboar), versus 5 goldens from one of the strongest current tribes for them (Dragons). Not a fun experience.
Edit 3: OMFG; fucking baddies staying on 1 when they shouldn't and getting matched up with you is beyond annoying. Why the F would Tess stay on tier 1 for turn 2, and why the F would YOGG stay on tier 1 on turn 3? Absolutely baffling.
I think it says a lot about the state of the meta when I actually feel salty after winning a game...
I was facing a quest hand warlock, and totally beat him on board, cleared his minions and got to the late game. He had nothing left in his hand, but just because of the fact that he takes no fatigue damage, and instead sends it to me... I was one turn away from losing. Another natural draw and life tap would have killed me.
This should never happen. And it's really a dumb thing to have to worry about.

Same happened to me yesterday. I beat a Quest Warlock using Menagerie Warrior. I won because of the massive amount armor i got from the minions i played (Mo'arg Forgefiend, Kresh, Lord of Turtling, Scrap Golem). Yet, i was one tap away from losing. I gained over 40 armor and i still almost died. By the end, i felt a mix of satisfaction and frustration because i realized that one single bad draw would have killed me. It was sheer luck. I don't like the state of the game.
Just kill the mage class, please! seriously.. the guy just drew 6 cards for one fcking mana on an empty hand, cleared my whole board full of massive 8/8, 10/12 minions with divine shield !!!! its such a bullshit noob deck! from now on ill rope every fcking mage noob out there.. piece of shit......

I just want to say again how much this fatigue warlock style sucks. It's everything wrong with the game. Draw all your cards as fast as possible, discount your hand, don't care what your opponent does, win with inevitable, unavoidable damage directly to face that ramps up in power over time.
Yes, quest mage is annoying for the same reason, but at least they have to cast spells. Warlock just has to empty their deck and then tap over and over. Hope you brought 30 healing cards with you.
I know it's not unbeatable, but file this one under "feels bad" and hope they make adjustments with the next patch.
Questlock aside, Mage is really toxic in Wild at the moment. Was all over a Mage as an Odd Hunter and one turn away from killing him whilst I was at full health, before he played all his cards from hand and OTK'd me. His animations made his turn last forever whilst I just sat there and slowly died.
Fun and interactive. Well done Blizzard.
I think I'll sit this season out. Like a previous poster mentioned, even winning makes me feel salty. I'm sick of this hyper-aggro rubbish.

How long will we be best friends?
Third warlock game in a row and counting. Wild is the same, only warlock. Can we rename the game into Warlockstone at this point?

when will they remove oh my yogg like why is there a such a triggering card in a video game thats suppose to be fun
Hearthstone is supposed to be fun?
I was under the impression that it was supposed to make Blizzard/Activision money.
