Wait a couple months till ice block likely rotates out:
Eater of Secrets. I always run this card in wild in all of my OTK decks because it is essential if you don't want to automatically lose to Ice Block. In the case of Eater being a tech card I'd ignore those players who complain about it lowering your win rate against other match-ups, your whole win condition hinges on that card not being on board to deny your lethal.
