_ Golden Mekkatork bundle: 2€ (Must say that I did it because I thought I could disenchant the gold legendary) _ Blackrock Mountain: 22€ (Wasn't in the mood to farm that much gold) _ Welcome Bundle: 5€ (Too convenient! I found a class legendary I already had tho) _ Medivh code from a third part vendor: 1.5€ (I said "Medivh is so cool... 1.5€? Yeah, I can afford that") _ Mammoth Pack Bundle: 20€ (My worst nightmare. I gave up and bought it, but I found trash cards and no legendaries in 30 packs. I literally burnt 20 euros)
That's all, so around 50€ in 4 years. Seems reasonable to me.
Something between 100-200€, not sure exactly. I don't think I've spent anything after MSoG came out. I kinda made the decision not to support the game moneywise if I don't like the direction it is heading into.
Thousands maybe, who knows... all adventures, pre-order bundle whenever available.. probably an extra 100 packs or so after bundle.
Why wouldn't I spend money on a game I enjoy and play alot. All the comments like F*** blizzard etc are so immature. Yeh, F*** some company who've made a FREE game that you clearly play/like enough to engage on a forum about....
Feel like people are cheapskates and nobody wants to say it. The economy of time means it doesn't make much sense for me to grind building up my collection to have full access so that i can experiment with deck ideas using a greater scope of cards (I don't have nearly everything). The hours spent grinding for collection building, is worth more in monetary value per hour than just purchasing a bundle, I don't understand how people don't get that. A pre-order bundle is about an hours work for me....if not less, Even for a minimum wage in the UK, 45 packs is what, less than a 9 hour day....?? Would certainly take you more hours of playing to build up access at that rate.
I spend every sparr penny I earn on Hearthstone packs in thr hope to get them sweet, sweet legends. I don’t care about food so much. I can eat tomorrow if need be. Those packs aren’t buying themselves.
Last month, when things got bad, I couldnt affor my weekly card haul, so I ‘borrowed’ my kids’ birthday money. They’re young. They’ve already got plenty of toys.
The woman from the government place came to visit, but I was busy playing Hearthstone at the time. Nice lady. She watched the babies while I hit legendary. It was annoying because they wouldnt stop crying. So distracting.

Pro tips:
- Cut nutrition. 247 cal/week are enough per kid.
- You can use diapers at least 4 times. You can even switch them btw the kids. Don't throw em away! You can use them for yourself if you are too busy for toilet.
- Visit dark net. You'll find a lot of opportunities to earn extra money for additional card packs.
Edit: Don't sell your kids!!! You can borrow money from them when they get older. See it as a long therm investement *Roll Safe
Bought Naxx back in the day, then Kara and welcome (the one with guaranteed legendary) + Mammoth bundles. Also bought few packs from time to time. I think that I have spent like a bit more than 100$ total for this game. I dont have that much time to grind all the adventures for free, so fuck it, 100$ isnt that skyhigh money for me, I am not poor student anymore.
At least $500 but not more than $1,000. But that is because I played on EU for like a year and a half and then last October I came to the US server and started over again so I had to build my collection up. Only way to do that quickly was to drop some $$.
Approximately 50€ and I'm not going to spend a penny anymore, dusted my Wild collection and waiting for the new expansion to craft a good deck to play with until the the beta of Artifact, Valve never disappoint.
Let's see... I did support WWF by buying Khadgar. I got the special bundles (the Welcome, the Mammoth, maybe something else). I also bought pre-order bundles for each expansion since WoTG when I stopped farming Arena for packs... I guess I'm in the < $500 range or so.

English isn't my first language, so please excuse any mistakes.
Around 230... in April it will be over 250 because I will be pre-purchasing expansion... I bought all expansion starting with Un’Goro, starter pack and Mammoth promotion that we have right now and also Naxx as it was wild when I started playing but I really wanted all adventures.
I myself have spent in the $1000-$2000 range and probably on the high end of that amount. However, that's mainly because when each new expansion or adventure comes out I always preorder and always buy lots of packs because I want to support the game and have the means to do so but also because I'm impatient to get the cards to build decks.

See? This is the beauty of the HS community. Coming together to learn how to min-max like a pro! :-)
About 315 USD, partly due to Hearthstone only recently having Canadian pricing. Prior to that Canadian players were screwed pretty hard relative to other countries.
I only ever spent real money on the new set 50 pack pre-orders (save Kobolds because I forgot), the occasional one-time-only value buys (like the recent 30-pack thing), Alleria, Khadgar, the Adventures, and maybe 10 packs and 2 Arena runs total.
EDIT - I suppose I should count this: when Liadrin was released, I re-subbed to WoW for a month to level a character to 20, not realizing I didn't need to re-sub.
spent over 2k in less than a year (been playing since un'goro)... at first I did terrible resource management... so ending up buying 300+ packs for each set (un'goro, msg, old goods... classic)... only after half a year did (around the middle of kft) did I learn how to manage it right...
I'm gonna still buy around 200-300 packs for the next set... even thou I admit that I maybe enjoy more collecting cards... watching favorite streamers... than playing current ladder (never liked arena... :/ )...
even went to hct world championship in Amsterdam.... :D
but... I can afford it.. :P ...and someone needs to support the game... can't all be f2p... :D

Zero because I don't like to spend money on gambling.

No brain - no pain.
The Welcome Bundle and League of explores, just as my parents bought it for me as a gift.

I bought three adventures, three preorder bundles, the welcome pack and the year of the mammoth bundle.
As I got a lot of gold now I might skip the coming preorder.
5 bucks for Welcome Bundle when I joined at the beginning of KOFT
atm have jade druid and spiteful priest
