I've been building a collection from the Classic set for the last ~5 months and I'd like to get some feedback on the priest deck that I've built. I have been running this deck for a decent amount of time, but I don't advance beyond level 19 or so. My aim is to go for an admittedly optimistic, flashy combo with mind blast, Velen, and Malygos (and copies of them, too). I find myself constantly making changes in full knowledge that I'm not following the meta. I don't want to craft any rare+ cards from the sets that will be rotating out later this year.
I've made my collection public and any input would be very appreciated.
Even in the best case scenario, you can't really expect your big minions to survive a whole turn: your opponent will kill your Malygos or Prophet Velen as fast as he can. That's why people run Lesser Diamond Spellstone. Same thing goes for Damaged Stegotron.
It seems like you've put all the cards you like but not following a criteria, which is normal if you've been playing for just 5 months-
In my opinion you should focus on Shaman for the next two months, trying to build a The Storm Bringer swarm deck, or even a Tempo deck with the DoomhammerRockbiter Weapon combo as a finisher.
Priest requires too much high costed cards to work nowadays, so if you don't want to invest in cards that will rotate I suggest you to not play that class for the moment.
Another legit way is to craft Whizbang the wonderful and play with him. It may not seem, but it's pretty consistent and you can arrive at ranks higher than your current 19
Yes, but it looks like a problem without the spellstone or other ways of resurrecting the spell damage minions. Because of that, the win condition really doesnt exist. Secondly even if he had a way of resurrecting, the deck has a lot of minions so its unlikely that Velen and Malygos are resurrected.

He has a win condition, but it's not solid at all. That's why he asked for help
Try to cut some minions which not so important and dont craft spellstone only the eternal servitude. Res maly + faceless coin mind blast can be a win condition imo
I appreciate all of the feedback! I've known from playing the deck that the win condition is, well, optimistic at best. When it does work, though, and I get that 40 damage in one turn, whoo boy. I had pyros in the deck before and they seemed to add more early game punch than what I can achieve with the current build.
I'm opposed to crafting cards from the sets that are rotating out, so I'll bide my time until April when I expect the meta to change drastically.
Agree, but imo rotation is almost 2 months. I did not craft many cards to a deck that has no future, but spending 200-400 dust is okay to get your deck better for this era. I think the investment worth it. Iam at rank 5, ill get 2 golden epic til april. And after New expansion hit, im okay to play some wild with my decks while im testing my homebrew New archetypes too.

What is the win condition?
If you are in your first year of playing please read this post.
Dust does not burn a hole in the jar. Be careful what you craft, especially before and right after a rotation.

Did you even read what he wrote?
You could put in 2x Circle of Healing with 2x Auchenai Soulpriest [/card] or 2x [card]Wild Pyromancer. Firetree Witchdoctor could also be a decent inclusion. If you include the Pyros, Acolyte of Pain would be a better draw card than Loot Hoarders. Regardless, the Dark Iron Dwarf should likely get cut since it doesn't seem to help you out much with what you're trying to do. You probably don't need 2 Faceless Manipulators as well.
