I like the idea behind the card, but it is definitely too powerful. Basically a Yeti with an amazing card draw. Considering the excellent weapons Rogue can choose from, the stats would rather have to be 4-3 if not worse. Health would need to be low so other cards could uptrade into it. Hope that helps :)

ofc since this card is good, ppl would complain if it was real like they do to mysterious challenger :) any good card and ppl complain! thats why blizzard would never create something like this, any good card, just bullshit cards, so kids don't baby rage.

I'm balancing this around Rogue already being kind of a crap class and that the rogue weapons aren't that great. Unearthed Raptor is a Spider Tank with a huge upside, but it still isn't overpowered because it's in rogue.
The weapons you have to choose from are Assassin's Blade, Perdition's Blade, Cogmaster's Wrench, and Poisoned Blade. They aren't that great of choices to begin with, and I feel that rogues need stronger Midrangey cards to stay competitive. This card would not help Aggro or Oil rogue.

It should still be a 5/4 since 4 mana 4/5 "draw a bad card" is still way too strong. It also means you're always guaranteed to get a good weapon. Either Perdition's Blade or Assassin's Blade since there are only 4 weapons.
All people who whine about card being overpowered, "over powered chillwind yeti" blah blah... Just compare boulerfist ogre - mysterious challenger. -1 health, but INSANE effect. This ability not nearly as insane as mc's and rogues could use some good, powerful cards. Card is fine, no need for worse stats or increased cost or worse ability. Card is "perfectly balanced" just like other blizz cards.
I'd say its almost OP not that its a bad thing.. It will be a staple in any rogue decks even without the discount. It's worth noting that you can only discover cards within your class and neutrals. You'll have a 75% chance of getting an assassins blade since rogue has only 4 weapons next weapon that is worth picking is perdition's blade.
I think this would be better without the cost reduction to the weapon. It should be more powerful than Chillwind Yeti, since it is a class card, but getting a card is already worth a lot, more than Unearthed Raptor's effect. Also, I agree that it would be better as a 5/4.
Even with "Battlecry: put a random Rogue weapon on hand", this card is still extremely good. I think putting a random rogue weapon is much more appropriate since there are just 4 weapons in total. At least it'll give you 50-50 chance of getting a good weapon plus getting the other 2 sub-par weapon is still not bad. With the discover mechanic you pretty much would choose assassins blade and perdition's blade all of the time. Plus this minion can't be killed by the 4 attack minions which is fairly strong for a card with a very powerful effect.
I don't think giving Rogues a very powerful card is the best way of buffing them. Rogues just need the right cards. The problem with rogues is that they pretty much did not get anything from BRM and TGT.

I feel that giving its a class card and its a Rare compare to Common, it should be better than Chillwind Yeti.
Can either make it Battlecry: Give a random weapon at -1 cost OR Discover: A weapon
The minion itself stay at 4/5 for 4 because Valeera need midrange card to carry in to late. With this card, Rogue can clear 1 deck space and replace the space with another powerful midrange-laterange card.
#Edit: You could give it a Pirate Tag, go with lore that pirate trade with arms and such. And complete the Mana curve for Pirate Rogue.

Yeti + draw a (discounted) weapon? Probably you dont even need the cost (1) less.
