Some clarifications: Anzu is a pseudo-Loatheb in the sense that it doesn't directly prevent using the spells, it just makes you less likely to want to. The effect is permanent and means that any spell in your opponents hand when the card hits the board will deal 2 damage to all of their minions when cast. Spells drawn after the fact remain unaltered.
Beth'tilac is probably borderline broken, but I really wanted to make an incentive to play a Handless Hunter and none of the previous cards except for Quick Shot have seen play. Consider this my attempt to make up for that.
I really like Nielas Aran, that's a really cool niche sort of card. I do think that Summoning ritual is a bit OP broken though lol... Still, great to see your concepts as always!

Well, I compared Summoning Ritual to Voidcaller for balancing. If you're going to play a 5 mana Demon, it's basically a coin. Anything higher and it's a massive Innervate for Demons only. On turn 4 I think it's acceptable to bring out a big tempo swing since most hard removal can be used by the time you pass the turn over. I feel that If the cost was any higher, it wouldn't be worth a deckslot.
Thanks for the feedback!

More new cards! I'm exploring (haha) some new discover mechanics and card draw like effects. I am really satisfied with these cards balance-wise, especially Gnoll Marksman. I doubt it would see much play if it was actually in the game but I really wanted to make something of the more neglected Hunter secrets like Snipe and Misdirection. Note that it doesn't pull from your deck, so you don't have to run the cards.
Felblood Missionary is slightly overstated because Warlock spells are generally of lower quality than any other class. My hope is that it would let us see some Corruption and Drain Life once in a while.

Bloodfang Worgen's text doesn't work, because they're temporary. It should say "Has Attack equal to its missing Health," or something like that, but if you wanted to make it have attack equal to the first amount of damage it took, it wouldn't be an Enrage effect on the card.

I suppose that would make more sense. I will rework it.

Huh... The worgen 1 drop is actually the best version of adding another 1-drop. I kept going back to +1 Attack or so when a weapon is equipped to slow it down, but this makes more sense and is also way more interesting. Probably not as great in the lategame as Zombie Chow, but I guess it might also not matter often times, especially in topdeck mode.
The rest would be decent additions as well. I only think that the Hunter card might actually be too weak (since it's the glorious Boom drop slot...) but it's difficult to say.
Yeah, I figured the Hunter card would be weak. I was debating over if I should make it a 7/5 or a 7/4 and ultimately I decided that a Hunter secret would be worth 2 mana with the 7/4 body being worth 5. Generally that would be even more expensive as it is technically two cards in one, but I guess it's not too much of a stretch to make it a 7/5 though. Especially since Mysterious Challenger exist.
Alright, I'm back with some more cards! This time I'm filling out the Druid section a bit more, seeing as how I've been neglecting it for so long. Priest also needs some more cards and I'll get to them later. Here is some more card generation, spare part synergy and a new legendary.
My personal favorite here is definitely Wild Shapeshifter. It can grant a big tempo swing if you combo it on turn 8 with Druid of the Claw for example, giving you two 4/6s with Taunt. Since it triggers on any transformation effect, you can also use it with Recombobulator + a big minion. Transforming an Ancient of Lore with Recom also means that the Shapeshifter becomes a random 7 drop. It could also backfire, if another friendly minion gets Polymorphed turning it onto a 1/1. Imagine Transform Druid becoming an archetype. I'll start working on more stuff like that.

New set of cards! This time I've made some anti-aggro cards and returned to the Impulse keyword, since I haven't really done anything with it for quite a long time. Next time, aggro gets it's time to shine.

So, here come the aggro cards! I tried to make some stuff for different archetypes, from spell focused aggro to token decks.
I had some trouble balancing the Bloodseeker. I felt that at 2 mana it was a much better Glaivezooka and at 3 mana it was a worse Eaglehorn Bow. Ultimately I settled for 3 mana, since it still has the potential to surpass the damage of the Eaglehorn without any setup.

Bloodseeker does feel like a weaker Eaglehorn Bow; the best thing about Eaglehorn Bow is that it can last a long time if you use secrets, whereas this can easily become an underwhelming 3-mana Glaizezooka, or, to put it another way, a Shadow Bolt that hurts you. The best possible outcome is a 3-mana Flame Lance that hurts your face, but that's only a 25% chance and it's still not excellent; players would rather go for a reliable weapon like Eaglehorn Bow than a hit-or-miss weapon like that. It's a good concept but I think it's too much "all or nothing."
Haunting Knight is really interesting. I feel like it might be a little bit underwhelming, though. On turn 2 there's a decent chance your opponent plays a 3/2 and kills it for free on turn 3, which means it will have dealt... wait, at the end of each turn? So 5 damage... never mind, that's a good card.
Gnoll Brute seems like a tech card that would be powerful in a taunt meta, sort of like how Lil' Exorcist can be powerful-ish in a deathrattle meta and Kezan Mystic in a secret meta. Could potentially be used, but then again maybe not. I don't know.
Bitter Mage seems on the balanced side of "strong" and Wolfrider Captain seems alright. At 4 mana, a minion is supposed to have 9 stats; this is 3 + 2 + 3 (charge) = 8 and the Raid Leader effect. While it's perfectly decent, I can't see it being used very much. Rogue Trainer is good, adds some nice Stealth synergy, but maybe it could say "Whenever a minion gains Stealth, give it +1 attack"; that way it still buffs minions like Gilblin Stalker while also having some Conceal synergy.

These are some really good cards. Keep going :)
Bloodseeker may be terrible for the most part, but the difficulty in balancing it was that it could also potentially output 8 damage for 3 mana, and as a Hunter, that is pretty insane especially in a face deck. One could think of it like an Ogre Warmaul that always goes where you want, but sometimes does less damage.
I felt comfortable giving Bitter Mage a 2 damage ping because it only triggers on spells, and means you generally neglect developing the board in the process.
Wolfrider Captain I feel is the most balanced card in general from these six. Considering it pretty much functions as a Wolfrider but for one additional mana you get +1 health and a mini-Savage Roar.
Haunting Knight would probably be fine with only 2 health, but I felt that because it can't trade and generally only gets one damage off later in the game, it's sort of like a reverse Zombie Chow, starting really strong, but gets weaker the longer the game goes on.
The rest are pretty straightforward and you summed them up perfectly.
