Well, i think we have to wait a little bit before it can really happen, because there were a Design Competition about weapons, so maybe we will see that, but it is unlikely right now.
Zero mana card contest would be cool. Meaning that it would need to be zero mana when played and you could find creative ways to reduce the cost to zero.

I mean minion/spell/weapon that would have condition not to be summoned until it costs zero mana. For example "Costs (1) less per Damage on the field. You can play this card when it costs (0) mana."
Or simply, make card cost zero by default would be fine too.
Is there any link to the past competition results? I've searched for all of the past contest winners but I havent found them :(
On topic...id love to see some tribal enhancements, like some card to make pirates or murlocs stronger, i would love to see the community´s creations about that.

I would love to see a contest about class cards which directly or indirectly make use of the hero power. e.g. Floating Watcher, Steamwheedle Sniper, Shield Slam,Shadowboxer etc
I would love to see a specific type competition like; Create an elf (or pandaren, pirate, draenei, ecc.) interaction card.

Btw, what do you think about a contest with two cards that interact on themselves, like Feugen and Stalagg, we would see some very creative crap.
