Hi! I have been playing with even warrior in wild. The deck is super fun but misses good 4 drop. I used Heavy Metal! in the past but the card is way too expensive to get mediocre stats or very situational card. (bunny, 7/9 mech, 5/5 pharaoh) If the card would be 4 mana it would be playable. At turn 4 I'm able to get 7 armor generally and aggro means you won't get 7 drop. But the thought gave birth to new idea: Bargain Orc!
4/5/5 Bargain Orc - Savage warrior roaming the Barrens seeking new victim. He either makes deal with you for 5 armor and stays loyal and gains stats or he smacks your face for 5 and runs away ravaging another soul around. For Rare I think it is okay stated as it deals 5 damage to you and if it steals 5 armor you get good body. See image below.
Should it be Epic? Or is it OP? I will thank you for your opinions!.

"Minion to minion the basic of all combats, only a fool trusts his win to an OTK"
One of the traps of creating cards is to put too much text on it, to make it stand out, or have it create 5 different cards or some ridiculous jack-of-all trades bs. As for your card, it's a bit contradictory to what it's meant to do. If you are being rushed down, you don't want to take extra damage. If you don't face an aggressive opponent, then it's a 4 mana 7/7 I guess. Not bad, but not impactful enough for wild.
Even warrior (that I play) is actually possible in wild, what actually pushes me away is lack of good 4 drops. My philosophy was to use Battleground Battlemaster to deal huge ton of damage. As I said, Heavy Metal! was slow. I added Selfish Shellfish and it works if you go against control/slower decks (even against midrange it is good). But it sucks against aggro. I use Provoke so high statted minions work and are great threat. I have the deck in my decklists "Even Warlord".
Regarding the long wording, it was even longer when I first put it together. I don't think I can reduce it more to not make it sound confusing. And I will also stand by other opinions here, that bit longer wording would allow more interesting cards and plays in HS.
But I love that people join here! :)

In terms of text length, this is functionally identical, makes sense, and is only 4 lines.
“Battlecry: Deal 5 damage to your hero. If your health changed, gain rush. Otherwise, gain +2/+2 and Taunt”
As far as power level, I am notoriously bad at judging these things. So I can’t add anything on that one.
That would work, I forgot HS differentiate between changing Health and Armor. But remember the wording is still not technically the same. Imagine you have 9 Armor and you have sword that applies double damage to you. You get hit for 10 and the minion gets Rush. With my version it steals 5 armor and leave you with 4 armor and unchanged Health. Very rare situation but the wordings are NOT EQUAL. The 5 armor is practically cost to the +2/+2 and Taunt.

GOOD NEWS! There's a warrior 4-drop in the upcoming mini set!
4-3/5 taunt. Battlecry: Dredge. Gain armor equal to its cost
I was more thinking of something with high attack even with negative effect for me. But yeah I'm happy seeing 4 mana cards that are protective and fix your draw. The sad thing is that there are just 3 cards in the deck that use the armor for effects. But having high health isn't bad either.

Way too wordy.
i kinda like it
i think its ok to have some more complex cards in hearthstone...
To live is to suffer, to survive is to find meaning in the suffer!
It’s not. The hearthstone design philosophy is simplicity, this is entirely too much.
Also, there’s a “4 lines of text” golden rule to follow in hearthstone, where no card does or should have more than 4 lines of cars text.

Possible fix: Dual class - Druid/Warrior - Battlecry: Deal 5 damage to your hero - Choose one: Gain rush or +2/+2 and taunt
Still pretty bad though, especially for wild.

As stated above: max of 4 lines of text.
Condense the text into 4 lines, or the idea isn't going to fly as a card.
Complex cards and complex mechanics is fine.
Complex card text is not.
wordiness aside its a garbage card, 4 mana take 5 damage and rush? 4 mana lose 5 health and taunt for 6 hp worth? what is this 2015?

I love it and I love your explanation. Good job!
