Might be hard to do. There isn't that much nightmare art and it's more or a druid theme. Making nightmare priest, mage, paladin and hunter cards will be very hard for example. It's like trying to fit an even more "extreme" version of the old gods themes

Seems good so far, but I noticed a couple of errors.
Shattered Sun Champion should read "double its Attack and Health", not "doubles it's Attack and Health".
Gnomish Raider shouldn't have a comma after minion.
Choose One cards have a ; after the first option, and Add shouldn't be capitalized in Druid of the Moon.
Exaura should read "After/whenever a friendly minion dies, add a random spell of the same Cost to your hand" or something like that.
Overpowered should have its instead of its. Same for Divine Judgment and Flamesoul.
Eviscerator is indeed a boss in World of Warcraft, but it really doesn't feel like a Legendary, lore-wise. Effect-wise I feel its Legendary. I would try to find someone with a more personal name. If you can't, just adding a The in front of the name would do wonders. Also, I personally think this artwork would be better for Eviscerator. It's closer to his in-game model.

I have tried making themed expansions before but I have always run out of thematically good art and I love making my cards as thematically clear as possible, but if I could, I would absolutely love to do an Emerald Dream/Nightmare expansion, so much potential.
I realised I broke that rule but I normally tend to favour user friendliness over following the rules. While it would work the same with whenever, I feel that making it clear the Flamesoul reduces the attack and health before dealing damage is important. But yeah you're right it should be whenever.

Here is my feedback if you are interested in such things:
Neutral:
Foreash, The Oracle - I fail to understand the purpose and statline of this card. Explanation of the idea would help here a lot. Since drawing all the cards in your deck seems to be severe downside. I probably don't know about some synergy.
Kalthorn Hellthorn - Build around that pretty interesting up-side.
Shattered Sun Champion - This seems to be best fit in Divine Shield paladin which is mid-range or perhaps tempo deck which aims to finish the game around this mana cost.
Playing this is huge tempo loss and opponents most probably won't proc the shield on their turn so before it becomes 6-10 you are giving your opponent a free turn to catch up.
In my mind this should be 6 mana with lesser stats plus on 8th mana there is Tirion Fordring and maybe even Ragnaros, Lightlord ...and I'd rather play those cards on 8th mana then this.
Erosive Ooze - Like the idea, would either make it 1/2 or gain +2/+3, but it's probably good like this as well.
Valley Scout - Very nice "Innervate" card.
Emerald Drake - Weaker version of Azure drake yet flavourful. Perhaps increse the Health gain to 6. Question is why would you play this card? 5 mana for +1 spell damage is too weak of a reason, so there should be stronger emphasis on the second effect.
Moarg Engineer - Very active one drop similar to Elven Archer. Stats are better then of the archer since you might take face damage for trading.
Bluegill Scavenger - Flesheating Ghoul for murlocs. This one gets also health for Murlocs so it might be viable in one or other way.
Common slots are all pretty reasonable.
Druid:
Astral Influence - Clever design, I like it.
Regrowth - First effect is pretty much 2 Wild Growth in one card. Which is very strong, while second effect is just Healing Touch for 1 more mana. I believe the idea is to use this in ramp druid and if you can't or don't want to ramp anymore there a weaker effect for it...pretty much like Wild Growth's Excess mana. After thinking about it like this, it's a reasonable card.
Druid of the Moon - Oh I see what you did there...and I kinda like it kinda hate it. :D
Hunter:
Keilnei, The Avenger - This is very powerful effect. Very early you change your hero power from dealing 0 damage to board to potencial 4 damage to board for 2 mana. That seems insanly powerful.
If you want to keep these numbers, Keilnei herself should be costed much higher. When you take the Bloodreaver Gul'dan example. You need to pay 10 mana for incredibly strong hero power and active effect. Keilnei is much weaker, but I'd say it's effect on your hero power should come latter in game...Perhaps 7 mana, right after Highmain? (With stronger stats on the card itself of course)
Survivalist - Part of the reason why I find Keilnei so powerfull is existance of this card. Lifestealing 4 damage each turn in Hunter seems extreme.
Even in this currect form it's a very dangerous card.
Durotar Skinner - Very nice effect. Like it.
Mage:
Exaura the Cryptkeeper - A board oriented Mage card. This card would help such a archetype to rise. I like it very much
Overpowered - Freeze mage + Overpowered + Pyroblast. You don't want that so I would limit this card with "Your next spell that costs 5 or less triggers it's effect twice" or "Your non-damaging spell" or even "Your next spell played this turn"
Polymorph: Turtle - Not sure about the mana cost, might be too good on 2.
Psysical Shift - Imagine you play Kabal Lackey and this...your opponent attacks it and boom..it becomes Pit Fighter, Fel Reaver, Bittertide Hydra...on turn one. Your opponent is on 22 or 23 health and you have 8/7 on the board. I'd say it a nono.
Flame Stab - Another clever design that I like
Molten Skin - If played early this is Explosive Trap on crack...Not sure about the powerlevel of this. Might be too high.
Thanks for the feedback thus far, and for bring attention to the fact that Overpowered is meant to say, your next spell this turn. I made the card Physical Shift a while ago, before the rise of Secret but I feel Kabal Lackey is the only card that can get real scary value with this but it can get scary value with all secrets.
Emerald Drake is made for Warlock, Rogue and Hunter, classes that love Spell Damage but lack healing. I like the number 4 as it feels clean, 6 feels like it's creeping up on Antique Healbot level, which I am not a fan of.

Well the daily structure has left he making, what I feel, is lower quality cards. And since I can't update consistently, I feel I need to comment on this post to let people know when I updated the tread and I don't really want to keep annoying people with this tread always in the first page.
So if I just dump all the cards as one it means you all can comment on particular cards/interactions and ideas on one post and those who aren't interested don't have to see me constantly commenting on my own post.

needs, just a little bit balance on some cards, but overhaul of the expension is feels lots of work and creativity on it.
