My entry. Effect would trigger before adjacement die, so if Faceless soulstealer is next to Ragnaros, the file lord targeted by Flame spear, Faceless soulstealer would become Ragnaros, the file lord and then Ragnaros, the file lord would die. At least that was my intention.
this is only a temporary silence effect but would make you think about the board state and how to position your minions to get the most out of him, it could also be used for stuff like delaying your Doomsayer or stopping a negative death rattle such as Bomb Squad.
About this card: This is really good anti-aggro card ( In my opinion ). It can slow cancer decks like Pirate warrior or aggro-jade Shaman, so i think its playable in "Control priest decks" ( Reno priest, Slow dragon priest .... )
It will also affect your opponent, so if they forget about it they could potentially make a mistake and place a minion on the wrong spot.
Wiki: Unlike when directly summoning minions, the placement of minions summoned by summon effects is not controlled by the player. As a rule, summon effects tend to place minions to the right. In the case of minion summon effects such as Violet Teacher's triggered effect, the minion is placed immediately to the right of the summoning minion; while for all other sources of summon effects, including Hero Powers such as Totemic Call and spells such as Animal Companion, the minion is placed at the far right of the battlefield. There are a few exceptions to this behaviour:Onyxia, Dr. Boom, Nightbane Templar.
Stats: I want this to go in confuse priests, and have synergy with itself. Carrion Grub is a hunter class card with beast-tag that has the same distribution.
It's also a 'early game' priest card, one priest might need after rotation.
A card that focuses on buffing minions next to it, similar to its cousin Dire Wolf Alpha , but gives a permanent effect after it's petted inspired! It's a good choice for decks that use their hero power a lot, while playing a lot of minions at the same time, like Paladin.
Flavor:White Eyes handed the claws to Aya. "The pirates decided to help us out." He said. Aya replied, "Well I guess it's better than nothing... Wait! We can use these... to make really pretty Jade Claws instead! Teehee!"
Would this be the dawn of a new Gadgetzan Oil Rogue? Goes well with existing Rogue weapon buffs, and with Pirates already having weapon synergy, this makes Pirate Rogue also much better because now you can play Aggro or Tempo!
A potentially strong multi-target removal Rogues could really use right about now that continues with the extra layer of skill Betrayal has brought when it comes to placing minions!
Good for control match ups. This minion can also kill your own minions. Sounds fun!
Make a location for the eighth minion.

Yes before you say I know minions are summoned to the right normally. But hey let's change that for once.
My Entry for this week's Card Design Competition - Season 8.16:
Let’s change the summoning rules.....

Nothing too fancy, just a clean, viable card.

"Such balanced. Much wow. Pretty good. Woof."

pettedinspired! It's a good choice for decks that use their hero power a lot, while playing a lot of minions at the same time, like Paladin.Pros/Cons in spoiler!
Pros: Great for control or aggro, permanent buffs once
pettedinspired, Immunity against Shadow Word: Pain and Shadow Word: Death .Cons: Small tempo loss, requires a board with minions for effect.

Saw the prompt and immediately thought of this:
"I really hope this ends better than it did for the last 300."

I really love Frost Shock so...
Edit: miss the , between trigger and effect!

A better Friendly Bartender that may actually see play!
Flavor Text: The winner gets to sit next to the Hero. Whether he likes it or not.
I was thinking of a "warrior-version" of Enter the Coliseum for the name.
Thanks in advance and good luck to everyone.

Bigger board = stronger effect
When I die, I want to go peacefully and in my sleep like my Grandpa. Not yelling and screaming like the passengers in his car.
