The freezing effect will help against aggressive decks or even ramp decks. I think it would be great if Blizzard started adding permanent aesthetic effects on the board, in this case the board would have an ice cap until a hero decides to play its first minion.
Well known mythological creature; basically any minion damaged by Medusa won’t be able to attack again unless it is silenced; the best example of this effect is Ancient Watcher. Quick question; are we allowed to use in our card design any of the finalists cards? i.e What if I create a new "Echo" card with a Deathrattle effect summon a Wetland Wildcaller
Inspire is my least favourite keyword, so I thought it could be more interesting by flipping it the other way around; dissuading the enemy from using their hero power. The enemy will think twice before summoning totems, getting armour, dealing damage, etc.

Freeze spells would include:Blizzard, Cone of Cold, Frost Nova, Frostbolt, Ice Lance.
Spells not included: Frost Shock because it is a Shaman spell, Freezing Potion is a Potion, and Shatter.
If the card remains on the board the destroy effect will still be applicable.
