With Insanity costing 3 mana, your opponent has a choice of playing some random minions or spending the mana to rid themselves of their craziness. Can disrupt their plans, and Wilfred is cheap enough to have a nice early impact if in your starting hand.

Just a "better" Curse of Rafaam, except there are two possibilities to avoid taking damage! Kill the Pet Murloc and the Mrgrgrgrgls (at least the damage of them) go away.
