Yep, pretty much just like novice engineer before the nerf (Which was a ludicrous nerf, but that's a different topic), whilst not anything ridiculously special as a card, it just fits everywhere and will never lose anybody a game, and is early card draw. 'Nuff said. The other two-drop options are only 1 health as well, so Nat has the advantage of not being removable by a hero-power.

With your Hunter deck I can see better a The Black Knight or Cairne Bloodhoof. You have to destroy taunts for your beasts or have a good board presence instead of a 50% draw. In my opinion...as a priority...

I went ahead and crafted Pagle...happy with that choice now..and I crafted The black Knight too...very happy with that choice. Cairne is next :)
I threw in Ysera also and is an amazing late card.
It's probably worth it to craft him, you made a good call.
The only class ATM that can do without him are shaman, lock and hunter IMHO, so you can use him in alot of decks. (i'm not saying that pagle isn't good on shaman, i'm just saying if you play shaman you can play mana tide totem and craft a different legendary).
I strongly disagree. He draws a card, other than that he is just Kobold Geomancer with 1/1. Pagle and Cairne on the other hand are unique in what they do and there is no neutral replacement for them.
Plus magic and a card draw it is strong for me...I had him, but someone tell me to craft another legendary to use (like Rag) but, now I miss my Thalnos!
I play pagle in some of my decks, but don't consider him a staple. If he fits in, he's in, else he gets scrapped. RNG is part of the reason I play him at all, I like RNG, wether it screwing me up, or gives me an advantage, doesnt matter. Hearthstone really relies on RNG to shine, and at least for me becomes pretty boring after some games. (It is actually the main reason I don't care for ranked play that much)

My guess is he will get nerfed soon, because blizzard doesnt like watching the same card played in almost any deck, moreover it can be a very high reward card for no risk at all, which is unhealthy for competitive play, and if it doesnt it still usually gets value one way or another(1 for 1 trade,or gets taunted or w.e)..,I don't rly like that card for that sole reason,I wanna have nice plays cause i think about them, not because rng was on my side...
Pagle can win you a game if he draws like 3/4, if he doesn't he is still a +4 heal and u can use some spell on him that gives dmg after he gets silenced for a cheap 3/4 with blessing of might or smth

He is more or less a free boost to a swipe/starfall/etc... which is super important. Pagle is good too, but usually ends up drawing maybe 1 card. In most games he baits hard removal if played right, which IS nice for a 2-drop.

Someone tell me before I craft this dude. Or tell me there is a better option.
No neutral card is a must-have, let alone a 50% card draw chance that does 0 damage.

I guess you are right. Is he worth crafting say over baine or black knight or some other tier 1 legendary?
wish I could test a few legendaries out before crafting them :(
oh well...guess I'll just go ahead and do it.
been sitting here looking at this thread afraid to launch the game and make a huge mistake on my crafting :(
I have Sylvannas, promo engineer guy/leeroy jenkins/ as my legends in my hunter deck.

I find Bloodmage Thalnos probably a bit stronger.

Nat Pagle is a much have for me atm, Coin+Nat Pagle is still one of the most satisfying turn 1 drops.

Don't look now but, atm Natty P has gone 0-7 cumulatively today, so know that unlike other cards he can actually be negative value.
