As a lot OP said, this card is not to fir in the current decks. We have to wait all the new cards to see the new decks and the new meta. Also,a lot of new players, will play with this card as an extra late game minion.so overall it's a nice card.

I think you are really wrong. The meta is not set at stone and new deck types for a class can and do arise with adventures/expansions. Some classes have an affinity to a specific deck type (in some cases it is even obvious that the devs want us to try out a specific way) but they are lacking some elements to "make the cut" to be a thing right now. For example Contol Shaman, Control Hunter, Beast Druid, Murloc Shaman, Pirate Rogue, Aggro Priest and yes, Control Rogue. If you are looking at every rogue card and ask yourself if it fits in the Oil Rogue or not, you are going to fail pretty much. Tinkers Oil failed to be valued because of people like you, who asked themselves if the card fits in the Miracle Rogue or not. They did not think about if the card could be a key element in a different kind of rogue deck. There are a lot possibilities to be explored and it is not too much of a brain-work to go a bit further and to ask yourself if a specific card could be good in a different kind of deck with the class.
I'm not trying to jump in the middle of your debate, but Oil Rogue wasn't envisioned because the Gagdetzan nerf was announced less than a week before GvG and people had no idea what to do with Rogue anymore. I'm pretty confident that without the Gadgetzan nerf, Tinker's Oil would be ran as a 1-of or dropped altogether in some lists.
It's a good arena pick, but vanilla cards aren't generally being run in constructed. But, a 5 mana 6/7 is amazing stats so I think there is some chance it could see play in a more controlling Rogue deck. It pushes a new deck archetype so that's cool.

It was only an example, then take Grim Patron as another. Grim Patron Combo Warrior arised without Contorl Warrior being nerfed.
Control warrior's nerf was indirectly caused by gvg, imo. Mechwarper / annoy-o-tron + snowchugger or zap-o-matic, and piloted shredder as nail on the coffin, plus no new playable card for cw from gvg decreased the overall's deck power level.
To say, other decks got better, cw stayed the same. Patron is a whole different problem.
On the card, it's an ok common like many others revelead, enough to make a new i don't think so, but we havent seen enough.
Comparison with Spectral Knight comes to mind, -2/-1, no combo, but the untargettable ability is still very good.
I want to see the full set before making final calls though, there might be new 0 mana cards.

Control Warriors didn't receive a new playable card from GvG? Shield Maiden would like to have a word with you.
And I respectively disagree with your opinion on mechs causing the downfall of Control Warriors. Mech decks weren't much of a problem outside of the occasional game in which they got a god draw. The decks that helped kill off Control Warrior (for now) were the new and improved versions of Freeze Mage and Handlock.
Of course I'm going to reserve final judgement on Shado-Pan Cavalry until I see the rest of what TGT has to offer Rogues, but as of this moment I'm not impressed at all. Why would I ever run this over Boulderfist Ogre?

Because it costs (1) mana less?
Only if you had a Backstab in your hand and a minion on the board you can target with it (hopefully one you actually want to target as well).
I'm just thinking about risk vs. reward. Yes, you can get him out two turns earlier if you are either on the draw w/Coin, or one turn earlier if you happen to have a Backstab still in hand. Barring those two scenarios though you've got yourself either a 3/7 on Turn 5 or a 6/7 sometime on turn 7 or 8.
It's funny that people only see the worst case scenarios. How about simply playing it late game after putting a 3 or 4 mana minion/spell? It's 5 mana, not 8, there are thousands of ways to combo it other than backstab/coin.

Right, but there are only four ways right now to combo it by turn 5 for maximum value.
And I look at it from both the best and worse case scenarios. Is the chance to get out a Boulderfist Orge out on turn 4 or 5 worth the risk that I miss the combo and end up with a sub-par creature stuck in my hand?
Miracle Rouge comes to mind... Will this save it? Not by itself, but maybe we'll get some really cheap rouge spell.
We shall see.
Give a man a Murloc, and he'll eat for a day.
Give him a Murloc Knight, and people will hate him.

its cute with preparation or backstab.... or coin, but other than that...... i m not completely sold.....
although wisp into this in arena could be funny as hell

Might as well play Dr. Boom instead of this.

Absolute dogshit, will never see play.
smells like mid-range Rogue.

My comments refer mostly to the wild format.
need more cheap spells to combo hit.
i wish someday that dagger up would also combo..

Well it is a giant that cost 5 ( standart) and is immune to BGH.
Nice. But since there is no room for giants inrogue, not that good. At least unlesd we are introduced to a new rogue decj concept.

Dropping Shado-Pan Cavalry off The Coin combo is still a net payment of 6 mana.

Hello.
Now, if that combo gave charge or stealth instead?
My comments refer mostly to the wild format.
How does that make any sense? One is a 7 drop, one is a 5 drop...
I really like it. The whole tempo rogue thing is something Ive wanted to happen for a long time, since rogue is really tough to play otherwise.
