It can really only be buffed once a turn, and for 2 mana at that, so it's not nearly as broken as previous 1 mana buff cards. (Of course, this is without the Coldarra Drake)
I could see this being played if your deck doesn't have any good 2 drops, since you can play this on turn one and just hero power turn two while still getting something small out of it.

You thought there would be something inspirational here didn't you?
Depends on the new meta, but my suspicion is that this card won't see any play. Using your hero power turn 2 is too weak, even with the buff, and late game it's way too easy to remove. It's like a worse Light Warden (which gives you +2 attack), and nobody would play that if it wasn't for Light of the Naaru.
I just love the concept of you going "Fireblast!" dealing one damage, and this guy being so amazed by it that he just gets stronger. And yet, when he sees Fireball he's just like "meh, fireball"
There's no way this will replace zombie chow. The 3 health is the difference between a 1 for 1 and a 2 for 1, and it doesn't need you to activate your hero power. The five life doesn't really matter at all.

Yea this card is just your vanilla introduction too the new ''Inspire'' theme. In most cases it's a 2/2 that does a equal trade...End of story.
crap
Loses to post-nerf undertaker, tutorial card i guess.
its...its....PODRICK!!!
Not competitive at all.. but I will enjoy to make a hero power based deck!

No.
Meta changes the moment you switch your deck.

Could be a good alternative to Zombie Chow without the 5 heal to opponent downside.
We don't know what the other class cards are so we may/may not see this being played. Who knows? Maybe this will finally replace Zombie Chow.

It will not replace Zombie Chow. 2 health vs 3 health is too much of a gap. Also Mr. Chow doesn't require you to activate your hero power on turn 2.

Zombie Chow could take out turn 1 and 2 minions without dying. This guy loses to 27 more cards
He works; in a heropower deck, Not in any decks people already think about.
