Pretty cool. I much prefer it to "summon random 8 drop", even if rag, by nature is random himself. There are ways to play around rag in advance if you know he's about to hit the board - this is the kind of RNG Hearthstone needs IMO.
For everyone saying Odd Mage, you then can't play the spirit, which is easily the best way to trigger the Rag effect consistenly. The value is there but I don't see any deck being meta with this in it, too inconsistent in Odd or just weak in regular decks.

Spiteful Summoner summoning Rag is nice, but I'm not sure how many pings you're going to be able to do (and not die) before turn 7
Edit: I thought it was 8 pings, not 8 damage, looks good then!
holy hell
Anger is the punishment we give ourselves for someone else's mistake.
It'll be interesting to see if Rag is actually good anymore.
...my guess is yes, very good.
4 pings in odd mage.

Odd Mage s2
I'm sorry for my bad english :D
How unoriginal can a set be...
MORTALS COVER BEFORE ODD MAGE, AHAHAHAHHAHA! ITS JAINA'S TURN NOW TO USE BAKU BABYY
Baku Mage, lul.
Gorge you hatred, embrace your rage.
You're right, I misread and thought it was 8 pings, not 8 damage. Looks doable then, especially with the hero power support cards
Odd mage😀
with Zola... oooo
Good synergy with the other mage cards revealed so far. Getting excited now!
With Spirit of the Firehawk and Daring Fire-Eater, you only need to hero power once to activate this.

Odd mage.
wow, this deck got a lot of support
Zola, Simaculrm, leyline.
does it have to be exact 8 dmg to kick off?
