With the addition of this I am positive that almost every class has at least one pretty useless legendary this expansion which to me seems very odd unless the other 2 expansions are going to help make them playable.
The only class i've seen where BOTH legendaries seem not only playable but OP would have to be the Warlock Legendaries...because Warlocks apparently needed the help -_-
Missing "Rush" keyword.. it is a legendary! Without rush/charge I don't see this card played. One problem with heal-pala themes is that you need to get damaged to generate value (Spellstone, Blackguard, Happy Ghoul, Glass Knight..).
Scenario 1: you play vs aggro and get damaged -> minions without rush on turn4 are not helping Scenario 2: you play vs control and don't get damaged early on.. hard to get value Scenario 3: you try to combine Bolvar + Glass Knight .... divine shield is an anti-synergy to healing
you can only solve those problems with using weapons to dmg yourself but all we got is a 8 mana weapon..
give it "every friendly minion that gets healed gains divine shield and it would be worth the tag "legendary" + it only works in midrange/control pala because aggrodin does not play heals/high health minions which can be healed and paladin has no class-boardheals
If the text were this one, the card will just be on the wrong class. Paladin has no Mass heal, we're talking about Uther, not about Anduin.
I'm sorry but I'm just not seeing it here. Its a 4 mana 4/3 (thats not good) with a conditional effect (that isn't that great) that will need to be run in divine shield/ heal decks (which aren't good). This doesn't scream good to me.
This card will be dead as soon as it drops. Just about every class has a counter for a 3hp drop on turn 4, and Divine Shield has never been a huge obstacle to get through.
Isnt it nice that a card that practically is on similar power level to piloted shredder AND has a benefit to gain another divine shields is considered bad in current meta?
I think the card is really good, nothing too amazing but solid 4-drop. Kinda can see people being disappointed about this being legendary but it still is more than playable card

Thats my point :) Uther has no mass heal and therfor it would not be that op. Atm I don't see the point of this card and its powerlevel is from the past...
Are you sure that would trigger the effect? I think YOU have to heal. In other words, you need to cast a spell or hit with a weapon. I don't think the minions can heal for you.
Finally weak legenary for paladin. It is playable. But u have to build around gaining health to get value from this card. Maybe playable but not great
Weak? It's a better Silvermoon Guardian, with an extra attack (the stat that matters most for divine shield minions.) If you doubt how close to playable Silvermoon Guardian is, you have never run into a paladin trying to get the divine shield quest done. But the extra attack makes it way better. Also look at C'Thun's Chosen, which was fine without C'thun as well. And let's not forget another similar card from the past: Piloted Shredder. This card seems solid without the effect.
But don't let that stop you from trying to synergise with it's effect, because the effect is super solid as well.

The issue is that piloted Shredder was good because midrange decks were good, and because you could play two of them in your deck ! This being a Legendary makes it unlikely you draw this consistently til t4.
Now we have very aggressive token , and very strong Control, and combo decks . Wich means to me vs aggro this is a four mana 4/4 and vs control... well your hero is probably not damaged that much . Also generally healing cards are bad , besides Uther and truesilver.

A 4-mana 4/3 with Divine Shield is pretty good on curve, even without triggering the re-shield.
Pity timer filler.
The goal of all life is death.
A real shame that Rallying Blade is rotating out. I always like to see more Divine Shield / Healing cards.
Love this card, insta include in my shield/buff paladin <3

Surprise!
dust, like the paladin spell stone it probably needs you to be below 30 hp to works so you won't be able to activate it if you're ahead of the board.
same as Fjola Lightbane i think will not playable
Top 3 Favorite Cards: 1. Emperor Thaurissan | 2.Dr. Boom | 3.Ragnaros the Firelord
it's a o.k. card i guess, but why legendary it could have easily been a rare
Mhe card, sad legendary
Friendly Bartender
Good rare card. Pity it is wasting legendary slot.
This, Darius Crowley and Houndmaster Shaw are all great examples for this.
This is really not a bad card but it would be so much better if you could put 2 in a deck even if it was 4/2.
